Carfax reported no accidents. But I later found the van had major damage reported. Make sure you do your homework. AC stopped blowing 2 hours down the road. The next day the transmission would not go into 6th gear.

Bought a vehicle I called him later the same day to tell him that there was an issue because it was vibrating going down the highway period he said to bring it back he would take it to a transmission shop to have it looked at. He did not, then he told me he would take it to the Cadillac. Dealership, to have them, look at it. He didn't take it there either. Having a gps in your car is a good idea.
He signed me up for a 6 month warranty which I do appreciate, because I needed it. The high pressure fuel pump was bad. $650 out of my pocket, then a valve spring broke, $300 more out of pocket, and most recently. A new transmission, with the warranty it was still over $2,000 out of pocket. All within 5,000 miles. Be careful people. The vehicle only had 117,000 miles

Just purchased a Dodge Caravan never saw it before it was delivered to me by my wife, because I am disabled. However, Rocky helped us in a very excellent way. The car was exactly as described and it’s running fine. Thank you, Rocky.

Reynolds auto group will forever be my first place to shop for a truck. In a time where used trucks are flying off the shelf, Reynolds was patient and helped when my financing team wasn't answering. Rocky made sure to hold the truck for me and even let me steal his office for a couple hours. Along with customer service, every vehicle on the lot was clean and the one we purchased couldn't be in better condition. Highly recommend Reynolds auto Group. Rocky and his guys are true class acts.

I bought a truck from Reynolds Auto Group about 2 months ago. There was an issue with a faulty catalytic converter that wasn’t being covered by warranty and was going to cost me nearly five grand to fix. I initially felt very angry and deceived because I had just purchased this vehicle so recently. I thought I was going to suffer a huge financial loss. Mr. Reynolds took care of the whole thing. He didn’t question or hesitate one second to do the right thing. Rocky Reynolds is man of great integrity. My family and I are so incredibly grateful for him and what he did for us. Reynolds Auto Group is a trustworthy company, take my word for it. The customer service there is truly second to none. My family and I feel so blessed.
