The one-star rating is for the incredible incompetence of fulfilling orders. The furniture is beautiful. And my interaction with the designer was fabulous. However, since the moment I placed my order not a single thing has gone right. 3-4 different beds have been shipped and turned away because they were either the wrong item or badly damaged. Missing items. Wrong items Shipped. And when you call Customer service, it only makes things worse. I've had a ticket put in by an associate, and somehow nobody knows where that ticket is and yet I'm getting calls about technicians coming out. Nobody has a clue as to what is being done in your order and who has contacted you. They keep saying they want to take care of us and make things right, yet I've seen nothing of this! Offers to give a discount for the inconvenience, haven't seen that either. This operation is a hot mess. For the amount of money you spend, it is not worth the headache! It's been over a month and furniture I should have had weeks ago are still not here! And who knows how much longer it will take. They keep sending emails about upcoming deliveries of wrong items. Shop at west elm and pottery barn instead!

I initially had some delivery arrangement issues with RH but in the end, I'm highly satisfied with all of my high quality furniture. The delivery crews (Andy, Freddie and I didn't get the other person's name) were very professional, kind and helpful. My designer Phyllis was very helpful whenever I needed help.

In January of 2022 I purchased the Cloud sectional ($20,000.00.) from Lena at Restoration Hardware in Plano Texas.After a few months and RH taking their money upfront the sofa arrived at my home. Overall the cushions would not stay on the sofa and when you sit on the cushion you slide off of the sofa.I have been trying for 2 months to get RH’s attention on this matter, however no luck, but they certainly take your money ASAP!RH eventually sent out their expert David to my home, who laughed at the sofa and told us it has no frame and was built incorrectly. David also stated the sofa could not be repaired.RH has yet to remedy this error in any way.Look at the photo, I am sitting on the cushion and the sofa is collapsing to the floor, this is what a $20,000.00 Cloud Sofa is built to do, super comfy if you like sitting on the floor!Waste of money overall. This is how RH makes their profits by the no refund policy.

Well one more that demands that I wear a mask FROM ACROSS THE ROOM YELLING IT OUT LOUD and another place i will never return ever. i will not cow tow to a service industry telling me what i can and must wear. this goes against every grain in my blood. when an employee shouts across the store stating wheres your mask this crap needs to stop and go back to california. I WILL NOT BE BACK EVER. It was the dark haired woman in the back nearest the entrance in the mall.

It was an amazing pleasure to walk in to RH at Willow Bend and be greeted by a beautiful young girl named Alex . We are previous customers and I had looked on the website before coming- so I had questions and really needed to see certain finishes and styles . Alex had her laptop in hand and when I randomly tossed out a question - she found the item and had the answer immediately. All of a sudden I’m firing questions so fast and answers are coming back as fast . We were so comfortable with Alex the next thing I know -we are sitting down - she is producing lists - I’m leaving to return with measurements and this is all within an hour. My husband and I go home- measure - talk briefly and we are back looking for Alex!!!! Within another hour we had complexly furnished 2 rooms - plus console tables -a massive wall unit and other needed treasures . We had fabrics chosen - finishes selected - order completed and left THRILLED with her service - speed and PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE. Lucky day for both Alex and Us - Alex is so competent- I might just phone in our next purchase with Alex . Thank you RH for quality products and a well educated sales force !

Alex was absolutely incredible in helping me decorate three different rooms at one time. From the chandeliers to the drapes, it was as if she was in my house, even though it was all by text! She was eager to help, extremely patient, and most of all, made me feel 100% about everything we picked out. HIGHLY recommend!!!

In the middle of the pandemic, I found myself needing to buy a new home and furnish it entirely. This was a massive undertaking. I decided to do this through RH, and am very glad I made that decision. I also needed to accomplish under very tight timelines so I could build a home for my kids and ease their transition (and mine). Lina was absolutely incredible and made my dream home a reality. She knew what I was experiencing, she understood my taste from 1 meeting and 1 inspiration piece, and she absolutely killed it. I also knew from my meeting with her that she had excellent design skills, and the strength to deal with my nuttiness. The presentation was amazing and I took a leap of faith ordering everything that she suggested. I am so glad I did. I had no anxiety or worry that the house would be beautiful for me and the boys, and it is. Her selections were so far superior than anything I could have done. Now that everything is in and put together, and I'm starting to put out pictures, I walk through every room in my home and smile. The touch points, the beauty of the pieces, the wonderful way they are pulled together, the peace I feel being home. Lina really understood who I am and what I would enjoy, much more than what I could articulate myself. She knew my vision better than I did. I am not surprised that she is in demand and a high performer. If I hit the lotto, Lina would be designing every new space in my life and I will definitely work with her exclusively for every new project. RH leadership - this is someone that deserves recognition and reward!

I've used this app for several years and this is my first review because of how bad our experience always is. Love the furniture and everything about RH, but this location makes me re-think buying from there. Every encounter we have had with them has been negative. They never acknowledge my fiancé and I when we're walking around - I guess you have to wear a Gucci belt or something for them to think you have money to get there attention. My fiancé even called them to set up a consultation over the phone and they told him they would have someone call him back - it's been a month with no call back. The Dallas location on the other hand has been more than professional and helpful. I suggest going there if you want to be helped by nice people. Or even the Outlet in Fort Worth.

The team at restoration hardware at Plano has always been helpful but our last long engagement with Lina Deeb was exceptional. She was patient and helpful and full of knowledgeable ideas. It is wonderful people like Lina that enable a Company like RH to make people like us-customers for life.

I was expecting a little more wall decor and lighting. Beautiful lighting arrangements and furniture setups. The setting are done by rooms, for example, bathrooms, bedrooms, dining rooms and etc. Limited use of colors, lots of grays, blues, and neutral colors. Very high quality and tastefully exquisite products. Staff was nice and welcoming.
