I stop today to put gas in my car i go inside to pay for gas and 3 bottle of water total $25 i give long hair guy $100 bill he tell me he can't break $100 for $25 i need to buy more itembut i ask different employe he say ok and he break $100 after that i ask this guy for his name he no want to give me his name and star talk to me very bad not believable i wish if the manger or the owner go watch the camera at 7pm todayThank you for other employee for help

This location does not accept the app discounts, it doesn't matter if its a free medium soda, discounted food, or purchased with points i was told that im outta luck. Mems room needs to be demolished nothing works pools of water and bodily fluids flood the floor. Pumps in desperate need of maintenance about half non operational and most don't have receipt paper

We used the air pressure machine twice to try to fix our tire, and it instead took the air out of the tire to a psi of 11 and almost stranded us at this gas station. Had to go down the road to Chevron for an oldschool air pump that thankfully worked and filled up the tires properly.Cashier didn’t offer a solution other then mentioning the manager would be in coming into the store in the morning.

This Racetrac is NOT open 24/7. I just went at 1:30 am and they are closed. They need to update their website and as one other user posted: post the hours on the door. It makes me wonder if their corporate office knows they're closing at night.

This Race Trac is trash. I went in for a cup of coffee this morning and the coffee machines were dusty, trash over flowing from the trash bins, coffee stains on the lids, horrible. I went to the cash register and the card readers were down. Who carries cash these days? The cashier stated you can go to the ATM. He should have given me the coffee for free. Not my fault your machines are down. I wasn’t about to get $20 out and be charged a fee at the ATM for a dollar cup of coffee. Whoever the manager or owner is at the store needs someone there who takes pride in keeping the store clean and has an understanding of what good customer service is. I went to the the west park Blvd location where they take pride in keeping their store clean.
