My cousin and I stopped here for cigarettes she wanted to purchase some that were on sale. Then manager trainee was waiting on her and informed her she needed the Racetrac App to receive the special price. She has been a loyal Racetrac customer for over 15 years. She is 67 and doesn't do computers so she brought me her phone so I could download the app. The server was down and I received an error code from the website so I told her to show him the error code and he still refused another employee overheard and let her use his number. That wasn't the end of it though he then refused to sell her menthol of the brand that was on sale. He said only the regular flavor was. This is terrible if the rude manager didn't know his products. I even went in to try to exchange them and he was very rude to me. We went directly to another store and manager, who told us he was wrong. This young man treating an elderly women this way is an awful representation of a company who puts a rude young man like this in charge of a storer .

This Race Trac sux. The gas pumps are always out of paper, so you get no receipt unless you go inside the store and wait in line. The ground by the gas pumps is slippery because of spilled diesel fuel. You can't clean your windshield because the squeegee's are old and worn out!

Says open 24 hours, but when I arrived here I was told the store was closed. No restroom, no way to pay for gas at the counter etc. You name it. Try not to be this DECEPTIVE in the future okay ????? STAY AWAY from this location............

I had to fill up a tank of gas today. Prices were excellent. The business was clean. The staff was excellent. Holly recommend.

Stopped in on after a convention nearby. The employee, Amanda, was FANTASTIC. She helped me with the voffee machine and was kind and friendly, very respectful. The store and bathrooms were clean and the prices were reasonable.

Girl in there charged my purchases to the lottery tickets I traded in for money without me telling her. I didn’t want that to happen. Then had the audacity to have an attitude with when I came back to have it fixed.

My first time visiting and let me tell you what, not only was I treated like royalty but this has to be by far the cleanest, best smelling & looking pizza along with real quality ice dispensers I have seen in such a long time! Bravo RACE TRAC! Good doing business with ya!

I’m not going to lie. Before visiting this RaceTrac, I would have believed all RaceTracs were the same. I no longer believe that.
My daughters and I were sorely disappointed twice today when we approached Freeze Blast stations at 2 other less advanced RaceTrac stations.
But we persevered.
In the case of this gas station, don’t judge this book by its cover, ‘cuz these pages hit different.
As my daughter stated, “The Freeze Blasts, man, they be bussin’.”*
The Reese’s are large and in charge.
And finally, our cashier went above and beyond the line of duty.
Don’t waste your time on other RaceTrac stations. This is your one stop shop!
* = If you don’t believe my daughter, here’s your proof.

Rudest cashier at this location. Smokes right by the door and texts on her cell right after she gets back in the store. No concern for who is paying her salary - the customers. Friday, April. 26, 2024 at 4:40 a.m. with her attitude, she should just stay home to make those she knows miserable.
