I’ve been with this company since it first started in Tulsa Oklahoma
I have been going to this location
6400 Preston rd since I moved to TX
I have never had anyone to give me the wrong thing and then don’t want to exchange my item out.
Tell me that they can’t do that. On a mistake that they made
The wild things is I aways go to this location because it’s close to my house and it was my store
I’ve been loyal to this company since day one I move to another State and everything change even the customer service is $hitty
My feelings is hurt how this location stays with something always in the way like a mop and bucket
They could even been stocking at the wrong time of day they don’t care if you need to make back on time for lunch or not
Time is no bother to them they believe in taking there time for sure
here lately I’m starting to feel like racetrack is giving them a run for the money
This location has to do better I’ve never since anything like this dealing with QT
When I travel out of town I make sure there is a QT on my route because I’m so QT oriented
they need to fix this QT because I am not pleased at all bad bad customer service and don’t listen when you at the register in there face
but they need to focus when you ask somebody what they need.
People don’t have time nor money to waste

This place (QT) is always a stop I go to. They are a "safe place" and with the cameras, lighting and openness of the gas pumps and store, you can always feel comfortable going here. Not only do they have fresh gas, they have fresh food in the kitchen. They will make you anything on their menu. They have grab and go items, like chips or candy. You can get endless drinks. Both alcoholic or non. Roller items, hot dogs, chicken rollers or taqitos. Soft drinks, frozen drinks. At this location, the bathrooms are always clean and the staff here is pretty alright. I have seen a variety. Overall, great location. I can usually trust a QT. and no that's not a joke! LoL

This is beyond ridiculous that you are out of cold diet coke cans ! Just ridiculous!

And help me understand why the nice girl who went to look for them could not
Have given me a stupid coupon for a free beverage for my frustration ..also why is your Coke rep telling your employees the program has changed and you will soon be out of a lot of items ! What kind of nonsense is that !
Good Grief Quick Trip you are a large enough company to let Coke know to stock their product !!!
Why is it that Race TraC... Has no problem keeping Diet Coke but you do ! And they have better pricing !

I’m foreigner and every time I’d look for QT for my gas refill and grab coffee and hot food to bite. Their employees always smile and so helpful~ They offer clean bathrooms and nice food. They deserve 5 stars and tips.

Pumps accept tap to pay which is awesome, store is always clean, staff is super attentive and polite, and their craft beer selection is pretty decent.
