"Under new management" three years ago defending a horrible review. "Under new management" nine months ago from another horrible review. Seems like people that are experiencing the same customer service that I have go back at least seven years. I'd say this is most certainly the same management.

Great and reliable repair service, had a problem with my PS4 and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Won’t charge you high price like other places do. I recommend to anyone who has electronic problems!

I needed my laptop screen to be fix, so I decide to go here. But, they told me that it might take about 5 days to get every part. Then the day I was suppose to get my computer back. They say that they ordered the wrong part ,and it would be another 2 days before that part comes in. I was pretty mad at this point. Then when I go back in, they said the part didn’t come in, and I would have to come back after the weekend because they don’t get delivers on Saturday or Sunday. They aren’t helpful with computers at all. I could have ordered all the part myself and fixed it myself. But, I thought that this shop would have a quicker turn around on the laptop then I would. But I was wrong to come to this shop.

Do not go here!!! I brought iPad to this place and when I got it back I realized they messed it up even further. I brought it back and they wanted to make me pay more money. Their customer service is horrible!

Charged $100 for a simple cracked screen and immediately The next day my battery drained with in an hour. When I took it back the jerks told me that all they could do was charge me for a new battery. I should have seen all of the reviews online and never taken it in. It was either that or leave my phone with them for several days which I couldn't do because I need my phone from my job and I don't trust them with it anymore Beware of these guys they are the scam artists everyone says that they are. He said my battery was draining because my screen was too bright. Ridiculous! It only started draining after they had it. Now I have to keep my phone plugged in 24 hours a day and order to use it.Total scam artists!

This is by far the worst business in the area. I have had a broken phone, after they "repaired" it, for over a week. I have gone in 4 times in the past 6 days and the repair man has not been in the store, even after being told 3 of those times that he was, in fact, going to be in the store when I revisited to have my phone fixed by them for the SECOND time. Find a better independent phone repair company, or take the financial hit by taking it into Apple or your cell phone provider. Save yourself the time, energy, money, and frustration by never setting foot in this store ever. 0 stars if I could choose it.

By far the worst customer service experience. I replaced the screen on my phone less than two months ago. It stopped working for no reason and it was clearly undamaged. I took it to get it looked at and the guy asked me for a receipt, I told him I didn't have one but I could pull the transaction on my phone. He said okay that's fine. After he got it replaced I was able to show him when the transaction was made and proved they had recently replaced the screen. Then he said the warranty was only for 30 days. I check all over the store and nowhere did he have that in writing. I also checked the new invoice where he was charging me and there is no warranty listed there either. Then he said that he manually writes the warranty after people pay. Who on earth does that!?!? Never trusting this company to repair any of my electronics, even though we had used them multiple times prior to this experience.

"Ace," the owner, took excellent care of me when I brought my phone to him with water damage. He really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I found him after the Apple store said they couldn't fix my phone and wanted me to buy a new one for $329. Ace fixed it for less than $100! I highly recommend this store if you are having cell phone problems. Give Ace a chance, you will be happy you did!

I thought Ace did a geat and quick job on repairing my laptop.
It seemed simple to fix but had more underlining ussues than either of us would have wanted.
He worked with me on the price
and even tho i ended up spending more than i wanted
I SAVED ALOT MORE THEN I WOULD HAVE AT OTHER SHOPS
just calling around to get it looked at was well over a 100
Ace gave me a great quote to check it out and to fix
it, getting me a new hard drive and data saved
Now every laptop or pc is going to be diffrent
so i cant speak for all prices
but i will definitly be going back for any issues i have i the future
Great Cotstomwr service is a plus!
