After attending my appointment the lady with the LV accessory was excellent. Most of the time lab techs tend to be rude, but she was super kind and attentive. Had a test that the doctor had sent to the wrong lab and she was patient while I remedied the situation. After many negative interactions with lab techs, she absolutely deserves some praise. Especially since she was the only employee working that day after a rough storm and still had a positive attitude. Thank you.

Employees in lab awesome. Skilled phlebotomists. Did not have to wait long. Great place for a blood draw.

Got in and out in about 20 mins. Technician was very friendly. It's inside Tom Tomb supermarket. Only feedback would be to enable a QR code scan based check-in process instead of manual entry. I had uploaded the insurance details at the time of booking and got the QR code in the email and but had to repeat the same at the kiosk on visit as there was no option to scan the QR code.

Great Location, easy to get to, inside of Tom Thumb. Friendly staff to get your blood work done! Never had to wait too long for my appointment. Plenty of time slots to pick from.

I was seen promptly. The gentleman who drew my blood was very good. I hardly felt the needle! He was courteous and professional. I have never had a bad experience at any of the Quest locations I've gone to.

Convenient and comfortable location inside a Tom Thumb, but it seems slow and/or understaffed. We arrived 10 minutes before the lap appointment but waited another 20 minutes on top of the appointment time to finally have the blood drawn, nearly 35 minutes more than planned. The issue is that even if the doctor sends the lab order electronically, the patients are encouraged to bring a paper copy because the system is not even showing the correct lab request, which slows down the appointment by having the lab technician manually enter the request from the paper and then scan it into the system. Attentive staff and good quality work, but the delays make it difficult to give it 5 stars.

GO TO THE LEGACY AND INDEPENENCE QUEST INSIDE THE TOM THUMB. THE LADY WAS SO NICE AND KIND AND TOOK ME AN HOUR BEFOR MY APPT. SHE WAS SPOT ON AND DONE IN LESS THAN 20 MIN. QUIET AND SWEET AND SHE DESERVES A RAISE FOR THE CARE AND TECHNIQUE! MOST QUESTS ARE GREAT BUT TAKING ME A HOUR AHEAD OF MY APPT., WAS AMAZING AND I CANNOT THANK HER ENOUGH FOR NOT MAKING ME WAIT! SHE ROCKS! GO THERE AND BE SMART! THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN FOR YOUR UNDYING LOYALTY TO QUEST AND YOUR EXPEDIENT SERVICE! MADE MY DAY!!!!

When you look up Quest, the reviews can be quite awful and scary. I found this location 30 minutes from me in Plano at the Tom Thumb that had slightly better reviews than most so I made the trip. April was a pure joy and put me completely at ease. She was kind, gentle, and precise! I truly enjoyed the few minutes I had with her while getting many tubes of blood drawn which tells you a lot! She made the experience so much better than I ever expected! Thank you April!!!

I had an appointment scheduled for this morning. I arrived about 10 minutes early and waited less than 5 minutes to go back. The woman who drew my blood was very skilled and efficient. No complaints!You do check in at a kiosk, which could be more difficult for some people.
