Although I went for two very specific items which were closer to the front of the store I could see and smell the store is very clean and organized. The owners were really pleasant and seem to appreciate their customers.Hopefully it will stay that way.

They were super nice and helpful when i got there. I didnt want to wait for my items from Amazon so i showed them a picture of what I needed and the guy got it for me from their case! It was also cheaper here. Will definitely be back for other stuff!! Now i can start practicing on my nail art designs until my amazon items come in!

Asked about products to tone blonde hair color and BOTH Male employees LAUGHED in my FACE.I asked them "what was funny"..they gave no answer. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

This place is AMAZING!!! Almost a ONE-STOP Shop! They have just about EVERYTHING! And they have Niiiice Unique items/products!The owners are very kind, courteous and helpful! I'd shop here everyday and would definitely recommend to others!

It was a very big and nice store. They had a lot of availability on nails hair etc. I definitely will be coming back. The people that work there are also very friendly and greeted me when I walked in.

My experience was identical to everyone else's. There plenty of beauty supply stores and really am surprised they've survived so long. I definitely will never be back whether it's a last resort or not. They were obviously selective about who they greeted and made a point to greet the white customers who entered. They didn't greet us, ask if we needed help, or anything. My kids made a purchase and my son said thank you. The response he received was ok. No one should shop there.

I was coming in to buy a wig before closing and they were COMPLETELY RUDE yelling at me that they were closing and that I needed to get out. I DEFINITELY will not be coming back.

I wish i would have read the reviews before going here. I really dont spend my money with these people but i needed a wig real bad to let my real hair rest. I never wore a wig before so i needed to try them on. These people come across as very racist watched me like a hawk and told me im only allowed to try on 3 wigs.Wow! I agree with the other negative reviews.

Clean store, decent selection of utems. I bought a wig for someone else and she told me they didn't have any others, especially in that color. The price was $29.99. She told me since it was open, I would get $10. Then at the register, she said it was already marked down $10. She didn't honor the whole reason I agreed to purchase an opened item. Not cool! I would not return.Update - after going back in and making enough of a fuss, they refunded me and adjusted. The process was not enjoyable as they ended up charging me again and had to refund me twice, then charge me the new price.

New location still following and starring at people as they shop. Location and store is nice just not the workers. I did bring it to their attention and advised them to read their reviews and work on their customer service skills.

I've been shopping here for over 10 years. Today, was the first time I've heard the radio on in the store. I asked If they listen to this radio station all the time. The woman said yes, all day every day. I was appalled by the rhetoric on the radio against African Americans at a store that caters to us. Please do like me and don't support this business. BTW- This is my first Yelp review.
