I broke my 7 iron about three weeks ago and took it in for repair today. I live in Ft Worth and driving over to Plano can be a challenge. It took Kevin only 5 minutes to have it set up for a warranty repair. Thank you so much for taking care of this for me.

Clean and beautiful store! Every employee in there was extremely nice and helpful. They even had 3X and brought out bins of his size of some gorgeous shirts!! Great military discount.
But mainly the guys representing this store were very pleasant and made this great shopping experience! Thank you!!!

Well, I'm a beginner at golf, played here and there for 20+ years, I only wished I would have visited this place back then. My instructor, Mark, was very knowledgeable as well as professional, please give these guys a chance to help your game, you will not be disappointed.

Went in to try out a new driver and fairway woods. I was fitted with Alec since he originally fitted me for my PXG irons. He did a great job and everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful. Ultimately the new driver and woods didn’t work as well as we had hoped, but Alec was honest and said he didn’t recommend purchasing. I appreciated the honesty and integrity he had, and not just pushing a sale. I did end up with a new putter and a couple hats to add to the bag though haha

Robert Cacurak along with the entire staff were extremely professional while still being at ease. I cannot say enough about Robert's knowledge, professionalism and overall patience. It is my first time getting a fit, so there was a lot of information received and appreciated. Winston also a gem, despite me telling him he did not have to take my bag to the car, he still did it. He did not take advantage of my reluctance to not provide a full experience. There were two other gentlemen I interacted with (both with long hair). I think there were also professional and helpful. I am an active duty army soldier and appreciate the efforts in providing us discounts. Thanks for all you guys did. I'll be back.

I went here to do a club fitting. My fitter Alec was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He said he tries to fit each person's clubs like he was fitting for his own bag. It was evident in the thorough and measured way we went through different options for each type of club. He never tried to upsell me on unnecessary items and worked with me to find the right pieces to ensure that the clubs weren't holding me back so that I can focus on my own improvement. Overall this was everything I expected and more. I will not be hesitating to go back to Alec for clubs as I need them in the future.

I am a football player who now enjoys golf. The patience J had with me was amazing. I am fortunate enough to spend a pretty penny on these clubs. The customer service and my wife are what helped me say yes to the purchase of a full bag set!

Absolutely an exceptional experience getting fitted here. Alec Pinner has fitted us multiple times, and each time he impresses us with his incredible attention to detail and extensive knowledge about clubs. His expertise goes well beyond the PXG brand, which we really appreciate. The fitting facilities are top-notch and very organized, and the entire team, from the front desk to the fitters, is super friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to GM Scott for making us feel so welcome and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Purchased a hybrid. The real reason for the rating was my fitter Robert. Not enough positive words to say about him and the experience. If you are shopping for a club and need a fitting, I’d highly recommend reaching out to Robert. You will not be disappointed.

I've been golfing for almost 40 years, and this was, by far, the most amazing and incredible experience I've ever had! After encouragement from Tom Johnson (of corporate PXG in Phoenix) I decided to try a fitting. I've owned Pings and Callaways (both are very good equipment). But Nothing comes close to what my PXGs are! The way I was fitted (& coached) by Jay Mcilroy at our Dallas PXG store was amazing. Every club is now 20 yards longer and more consistently straight! I love my PXGs, Jay Mcilroy, Tom Johnson and the staff at my Dallas PXG store!!

I had the opportunity to be fitted by Rob Cacurak, I must I was highly impressed. Rob is a true professional and focused on my needs. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable and provided what would be best for me. He made suggestions but never pressured.
He made me feel at ease from the moment we met.

Wow! I can't say enough about the thoroughness of the PXG fitting process, or the courtesy, knowledge, and patience of Rob C., my outstanding fitter, and a great ambassador of the PXG brand! Unless you're an elite golfer, you will not get a fitting like this anywhere... Period.
I came in on a day that PXG was offering discounted fittings, and told Rob that I was not at a point that I would be buying clubs. Even still, I received nothing short of the royal treatment! This fitting was by far the most in depth I've experienced. Not only did Rob take the time to fit me with a full bag of PXG clubs, he also pointed out some things in my mechanics that improved my swing, power, and consistency. Based on the numbers, he quickly realized that I would benefit from playing a stiff shaft, rather than regular shafts, which I have always played and struggled to control.
He tweaked several other things as well, and with the proper club composition, I gained 35 yds with driver, an additional 20 yds per iron, and more accuracy across the board. That's a huge game-changer and very exciting! As the fitting came to a close, my expectations were exceeded once again, when Rob sent me home with a gift of a dozen PXG balls and a bottle of water for the drive.
I have never experienced such a pleasant, informative and stress-free presentation as this. I went in thinking that I was bound to be rushed through and probably pressured to make a buying decision, but that was not the case at all. As one of the other reviewers said, it was as much a golf lesson, as it was a fitting. Although I didn't leave with clubs this time, I did leave with some new knowledge of how to improve my game.
The PXG clubs sell themselves when they are properly fitted and you see the results you get with them. It's obvious, they are a cut above anything else available to the amateur golfer today. It's also, obvious that the men and women of PXG are a cut above their peers! Although, I'm not at the point of buying right now... when I am, I will be back to see Rob C. at PXG Dallas!
