Li is always very accommodating with my hair appointment request. She's is so knowledgeable and skilled with what she does. Efficient and detail oriented at the same time. It takes me extra time and distance to get her service, however, worths it with the compliments received afterwards. Highly recommended. ?

I've been trying to find a go-to hair salon since moving to the area 2 years ago. I'm pretty particular about who cuts my hair, especially since I had the same stylist for the past 12 years when I lived in Houston. I've been here twice and Nay is the answer to my prayers. Good quick cuts and wash!

this salon has generally excellent care for customers, like haircuts, manicures, pedicures, and much more. but I don't really see anybody going into the salon to get their nails done, maybe it's just not that popular to get your nails done at this location. because I always saw people going to NBS hair and nail salon to get their nails done, and I only saw one chair at this location where you can get manicures and pedicures done. at the other location where I used to get my hair cut, there were like 4 chairs. I generally don't like the idea of when people get their hair cut they talk to their stylist about basically anything, like when one customer talked about whether or not he was a victim of crime, whether he should report to police, press charges, whatever something like that. that's not something you should really discuss with your hair stylist. but I really love the service and atmosphere that is at this salon, and I have got to say that this location is way better than the small NBS hair and nail salon. I have been with my hair stylist for 3 years now, and it has been going great. she always gives me the styles that I want, and how I like it. I will always keep coming back, because there is nobody that gives me better service.
