What a great school!! Periodically I pick up my granddaughter from Primrose at Preston Meadow. She is happy in her classroom and loves her teachers. After I put her in her car seat she is very “chatty” about her day and all the fun she has had. Great school and staff! Thank you for taking exceptional care of my precious grandchild. She is learning and thriving in this loving and caring environment. Thank you to the entire Primrose Preston Meadow team for the love and caring you provide everyday

I'm delighted to share our positive experience at Primrose, where our daughter attends. The teachers here are not just educators; they are genuinely caring and loving, creating a nurturing environment that has greatly contributed to her development. The diverse range of activities keeps her engaged and excited about learning. The timely updates and follow-ups from the school provide us with confidence and a sense of involvement. My 3 children went to this school for 2-3 years. It was an awful experience except for 1 phenomenal teacher that taught preK. The rest of the staff was completely incompetent. The front staff was not friendly and also had new people every other month. They hire young teachers that have no experience or just want free daycare for their kids. Most of the teachers don’t speak English at all, which was difficult for my 1-2 year old who was just learning to speak. They did not help with potty training at all. The turnover is ridiculous. We had a different teacher every other week that we couldn’t even learn their names fast enough. At pickup all the children were running around screaming. There was very little actual education. My older kids did kinder there, and weren’t able to write even their name when they left for public school. We have since then switched to Lovedale Montessori which has been a significantly better experience for education and behavior. Not to mention this school is by far one of the most expensive schools. Very overpriced and the teachers don’t get that money. The owner has become very greedy. I do not recommend this school to anyone.

My child has been here since the Younger Toddler class, and has moved up to the Preschool Pathway class. He has been shown love since the beginning! I love getting updates through Procare, so I can feel involved in his day. The teachers are very interactive and attentive and show that they take the time to know my child personally! The front office always greets you when you enter the building with large smiles! They make transitions and raising a child feel easier and smooth. They always are welcome to questions and are happy to talk!

Making the decision on where you send your kids to daycare isn’t easy, but sending our kids here has been one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. Both our son and daughter have been attending for years and I can’t imagine them going anywhere else. We love the teachers and all the friends they’ve made along the way.

My grandson has been at Primrose since he was two years old. I love the staff and the curriculum is designed to prepare and teach for his future. I’m pleased.

Our daughter has been with Primrose School of Plano at Preston Meadow since she was four months old; she is now two years old. Our time with our Primrose family has been wonderful. From drop-offs to pick up, from Procare app updates to take-home artwork - it truly makes us as parents feel involved even though we arent there every moment. The staff and teachers love our little ones and it shows! Couldnt imagine a better experience for our family!

Amazing daycare. I have a 5 year old (Kindergarten) and a 3 year old (PreK Pathways) that have been coming here for over a year. This is the 5th daycare they have attended (we moved around a lot), and the best one by far! Kids are always looking forward to Monday and seeing their friends and teachers. Highly recommended.

A breath of fresh air. Our kids have come home so happy each day and looking forward to their next day at school. This school has been able to solve for safety, and social distancing while still resuming extra activities for the kids and families. The communication is is on point and the level of care they provide is excellent, it feels like they love your babies as they would their own.

The staff and teachers at Primrose School of Plano at Preston Meadows are second to none! We toured in February 2020, a pandemic happened, we welcomed our daughter in the mist of it, and her first day went off without a hitch. As first-times parents, we had a lot of questions out of the gates - what do they do all day, how are they remaining a clean environment, what about interactions, etc etc etc. The virtual conversations prior to her first day was a treat. I’m starting school, the ProCare app and correspondence has been amazing. The front office staff happily greet us daily as we hand off our little and are just as pleasant when we pick her up... and this experience is the same with all parents. They know each kiddos name and association with parent(s) even with our masks. Her teachers frequently update the app with the days’ activities. They also provide us with hand-written notes on how she’s doing. It’s A+ treatment, always. I cannot wait for constraints to be lifted so I can give each and everyone of these individuals a huge hug to show my gratitude in caring for our little one!

Our family came over to Primrose about a year ago from another daycare and I cannot say enough nice things about the teachers and staff here. They are a breath of fresh air and have been so great to our family. Everyone has made us feel so at home and there are so many things about this school that I've been impressed with. One is how amazing the teachers are. My 5 year old is in pre-k and I am confident they are preparing him for kindergarten in the fall. The teachers have been patient and kind and have really worked with us to make sure he is progressing both socially and academically. I love seeing and hearing what he is doing during the day.. My 2 year old loves his teachers too and they are always so warm and friendly. I'm seeing him grow and thrive as well! I love the daily reports I receive so I can know what my kids are learning through the day, and the teachers are wonderful about telling you things you can work on with your kids. Administration can be a pain point for some, but not at Primrose! They are on their game 100% Communication is fantastic and proactive and I am always prepared for what's coming soon and what's happening next- from tuition, to events, to incident reports (Which begin with "First of all, (your kid) is safe." I love that- it's a small thing, but that's the kind of thing I notice). It's incredible. On top of that, they are just about the nicest people you could ever meet, in the most authentic way. My kids are happy, learning a lot, getting fed amazing nutritious meals, and being well cared for. Trusting others to watch your kids for you can be so stressful, and I'm so glad we enrolled our kids here to check worry off my list. Primrose Preston Meadow is the best!
