Awesome teachers! My kid loved the place. Their app keeps goofing up every now and then and we don't get updates. But that's not a major issue.

As one of the staff members and as a parent, I am so happy I found this school about a year ago. The Director and all of the teachers are very caring and supportive for individual needs and growth. My 2-year-old daughter is happy to come to school every day, pointing at her classroom and calling her teacher’s name. I haven’t introduced alphabets and numbers to her at home yet, but she already knows some letters and numbers. Her vocabulary is expanding every day. I highly recommend to bring your children here. -Mrs. West

This school is one of a kind! We've been with them over 2 years and they love these kiddos through and through. The staff and teachers genuinely care about all of the children..whether in their immediate class or not. My little guy hugs every single staff member he passes. He can't wait to get to school! Fantastic partners in raising your kids! Highly recommend!

Primrose School of Plano at HQ has truly become an extension of our family and the best school for working parents! My oldest child (4) started when the school opened 3 years ago and is now in PreK. Our youngest child (2) started at 4 months old and is now in EP. We have adored every teacher that our girls have had, especially Ms. Benitez (better know as B in our house!)-- who we have now had twice! These teachers pour into each child to ensure they are challenged, having fun and most importantly loved. The communication is fantastic! We receive multiple updates and pictures throughout the day. Throughout the pandemic, the school has tried to retain as much normalcy for the children as possible. They have continued to host virtual book fairs, Halloween parades, mailbox Mondays and chef/musical guests. The weekly trip to the splash pad in the summer is a huge hit as well. We love and adore this school and could not recommend it more! Thank you Ms. Wilder, Ms. McDowell, Ms. B, Ms. Clark, Ms. Gifty, Ms. Fletcher, Ms. Rosa and the ENTIRE staff at this school! We are so lucky to have you!

There are a lot of benefits for bringing your child here. Teachers are thoroughly trained on the art of becoming caregiver to these wonderful kids. But, as a former teacher of this particular Primrose, I can't say teachers are given much help. Unless you are a favorite teacher or have something management wants, please do not expect to be helped. I have been told by a Primrose veteran that out of every Primrose/ daycare they've been to, this one is the worst in terms of management. Because we are not allowed to speak to parents unless directly spoken to (even then we are watched) a parent might never know a child is ill or doing poorly socially or academically. I have had to stay silent regarding a potentially autistic child who does not speak or interact with anyone besides parents, a child who was very sick and was not allowed to seek medical attention for weeks, COVID-19 cases - yes, cases, and a child's personality to change and worsen so much that it affected teachers and students negatively because of something the parents could easily change if they were told about it.In regards to how teachers are treated:It seems the intercom buttons seem to conveniently stop working when my particular class (can't speak to others) needed help. Bathroom break? Be prepared to wait a while. Minor Incident Report with or without ice? Be prepared to wait. Management comes into the classroom and you ask for something only they can provide? Be prepared to either wait or for them to forget because unfortunately, just because it's important to you does not mean its important to them.Diapers, wipes, gloves. trash bags are potentially hidden and locked away in the office. You have to find time to walk up there and ask management directly for such materials because again, they either don't answer calls or conveniently forget. Sometimes you have to go all day without these supplies because your class is maxed out and you can't leave until every child leaves. At point I was told that in regards to going to the restroom, I needed to let them know fifteen minutes before I really need to go. As someone who has had bladder problems since childhood, I was naturally concerned. Currently I have a painful UTI (sorry for the TMI).At another point, I had called for a trash bag (because they don't give you a roll) with no answer. I called twenty minutes later with no answer. Finally, I gave up until management came into my room yet another 20-30 minutes later and asked us for our diapers because they hadn't ordered any and nothing was coming in for a few days. I asked if we could have trash bags and she said "only if you give me these." I said fine and she left. She came back ten minutes later and only said. "pleasure doing business with you." Acting as if we hadn't asked for trashbags for about an hour.I really can't make this up... I'm sorry if it sounds like complaining but I just want future teachers to be made aware. Thank you Google.

We love Primrose at Headquarters! As a foreign Family with a 2-year-old child we were concern about finding a school for her that would give her not only educational content but could care, give love, have the patience to understand as English is her second language and have fresh nutrition meals. Primrose at Headquarters match everything that we were expecting and more! The school is clean, organized, we get involved with the activities, our daughter have been developing a lot of skills really fast and we are super happy... The staff are great, care and responsive with everything. We couldn't imagine having Laura in another school. We highly recommend Primrose at Headquarters!

We absolutely love this school! Our kid, who is 2 1/2, has learned so much at Primrose. His teacher, Mrs Robinson, is great with him and the other kids. We have recently been monitoring my kid’s food intake and when we mentioned this to her, she started sending before/after pictures of the amount of food our kid eats and adding detailed notes in their application (Tadpoles) for us to see every day.

Primrose at Headquarters is an amazing place. My toddler has been there since the school opened and he has learned so much. Their curriculum is wonderful and I love the concentration on manners and treating others with kindness and respect. Ms Robinson is amazing and shows him love and discipline. All the teachers develop such strong connections with all the kids and it is wonderful to see them so loved. Now we have another baby going to the school and it has allowed me to feel so secure as I go back to work since I know he is so loved. We love primrose and are so happy our kids are here.

Primrose Headquarters has been such a blessing to our family. My 9 month old son has been going there for almost 3 months he has been so happy which means we are happy! He absolutely loves his teachers and is learning so much. We were previously at a different daycare and were not happy with the care he was receiving. I have seen him change for the better in the short time we have been at Primrose. Robin and her staff genuinely care about each child and are so friendly and helpful. The curriculum is engaging and fun all while teaching the kids valuable lessons, even at the infant stage. We cannot say enough good things about Primrose at Headquarters!

Our family has had a great experience at Primrose Headquarters. The teachers clearly love the kids in their classroom and are very kind and invested in helping them develop and grow. The curriculum is great and our son enjoys coming home and telling us new things he has learned. The classrooms are set up in a way that allows for structured learning, but also freedom to be creative and explore. Additionally, the front office staff has been amazing. They are always willing to field questions and make the experience really great, as they know each family and genuinely care for the kids. The school also offers lots of experiences for the kids year round, several of which parents are invited to participate in which is fantastic! We have been happy with our experience so far and would recommend Primrose Headquarters to families in the area.

Primrose at Headquarters has been a great choice for our family. Our 2 1/2 year old loves Mrs. Robinson. She is patient with the kids and she has a passion for teaching them. Her ability to keep control of the classroom amazes me. Mrs. Kennedy (Assistant Director)is one of my daughters favorites as well and she always makes time for a hug. Overall our daughter has learned alot and more importantly loves going to school.

My 2 little ones have been going to this daycare for a little over a month and so far I love it. My toddler's teacher Ms. Robinson is excellent. She always keeps me informed and does really fun activities with the kids. My infant's teachers, Ms. Woolard and Ms. Taylor, are wonderful as well. They transitioned him from home to daycare within a week. I love the curriculum and the fun ceremonies at this school and the staff is so friendly and welcoming.
