We have had a wonderful experience at the Primrose at Headquarters location with our 10-month old baby girl! My daughter started in the Infant 1 class when she was just 3 months due to me returning to work— which was very difficult for me emotionally, at first. I cried like a baby when I dropped her off for the first time but the entire Primrose team were very supportive, understanding and, most importantly, SUPER attentive to my newborn! They sent lots of pictures of my daughter throughout the day and still continue to do so. Also, the Procare app the daycare utilizes really gives great insight into all her activities (feeding, diaper changes, napping , pictures etc) throughout the day.Day in and day out, the Primrose staff are very meticulous (in a GOOD way) about milk storage, feeding schedules, diaper changing, curriculum (yes, even for babies) and following the specific requests parents make for their children.All of this is so important… but our FAVORITE thing about Primrose is the staff! Everyday my daughter is treated so well from the time she enters the door until the time we pick her up after work. Knowing she is happy and in great care gives us something priceless… peace of mind!A special thank you to all of her AMAZING teachers: Mrs. Schmitt, Ms. Osborne, Mrs. Duffey, and Mrs. Rossetti!!! Thank you all for everything you do!!!

We tried two other daycare facilities in the area before Primrose and can honestly say we wish we had gone there first. Our son started in their toddler program and is now in the early preschool class.He has blossomed at this school in independence and intelligence. His teachers, specifically Ms Sam, Ms Rosa and Ms Lewis, have been so amazing with him. He tells us every day he had fun playing with his teacher and friends. His teachers have been so helpful in telling us about his day and things we can do at home to carry on some of his lessons.We absolutely love Primrose!

I can’t say enough good on how wonderful the infant program is at Primrose at headquarters. I became a new mom and they made the transition so wonderful. They have made sure to show my sweet boy so much love and I feel so good about the job they do for him.

My son has been at Primrose since he was 4 months, and he’s currently 8.5 months. He started in Infant 1 and is currently in Infant 2. The teachers in the infant room are amazing. My son always looks so happy when I pick him up and drop him off. I get great updates throughout the day which include what he has eaten, his naps, and diaper changes, as well as cute pictures. The infant room teachers definitely made my transition back to work much easier as I know he is being cared for and loved by all his teachers.

Our daughter moved to Ms. Nicole and Ms. Shalwani’s Preschool 2 class after we moved from a different Primrose in the area. We were nervous to start somewhere new, but we were put at ease instantly. They both create a calm and welcoming environment where children truly thrive. From the moment you enter the classroom, it’s clear that Ms. Nicole and Ms. Shalwani have a deep commitment to fostering a space where children feel safe and encouraged allowing them to explore, learn, and grow without feeling overwhelmed. I remember one day, our daughter had a doctor’s appointment and arrived a little late to class. Ms. Shalwani greeted her with a warm kind gesture and told her how happy she was to see her and that they missed her beautiful smile. My daughter glowed with pride. Both teachers are incredibly attentive and nurturing, providing individualized attention to ensure that every child feels valued and supported in their learning. Our daughter is now able to write her name on her own. The positive impact of Ms. Nicole and Ms. Shalwani’s efforts is evident in the joyful faces of all of their students. Their dedication to creating a nurturing learning environment sets a high standard for early childhood education. I wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Nicole and Ms. Shalwani for their remarkable ability to create a space where children are not only educated but also deeply cared for and inspired to learn.We also love coming in every day greeted by Ms. West, Ms. Smith, Ms. Connell, or Ms. McClinton. They know how to start the day off right even on those tough toddler mornings!

My daughter has been attending Primrose school of Plano headquarters since she was about 6 months old she is now currently 18 months. We love it ! She is currently in older toddler class. Ms. Fifty is always waiting for her every morning with a big smile on her face , my daughter sometimes will have a rough morning and will cry at drop off but Ms. Gifty does such an AMAZING job with her by the time I’m existing the building she has stop crying and is waiving at me through the window which gives me such a big relief! My daughter’s toddler teachers have been incredible Ms. Sam, Ms. Gabby Ms. Makayla and Ms. Aaron have done an extraordinary job with my daughter. Ms Sam is such a sweetheart she has been so welcoming to my daughter since starting older toddler class a few weeks ago they surprise me every time in the best way possible. They have always been great at updating me , the best part about it will be when you receive random pictures of your little one enjoying her day with her friends. I love it. !Ms. Connell and Ms. Smith do such a great job at making you feel welcome every morning. Ms McClinton will always receive you with a big smile on her face she does such a phenomenal job. Overall I have nothing but great things to say about this place they are attentive and they create a warm, nurturing environment. I highly recommend to any parent looking for a safe and loving place for their little ones. ?

There are not enough words to say how amazing this school is, and the staff that they have. We credit so much of what our 16 month old daughter has already learned to their dedication and love that they put into every child.

We’ve had 2 kids at this location since they were babies. We love the director, she’s always going out of her way to make sure you feel listened to and that the kids safety comes first. We loved all of our teachers but our standouts are Ms.Courtney, Ms.Porter, Ms. Rosa and Ms. Gifty!

Mrs. B and Mrs. Raji are the teachers in our daughters class. They are very engaged with the children on a daily basis. Our daughter loves the both of them and has excelled tremendously in her reading, writing, math, and even illustrative skills. These two have been instrumental in her growth. We love Primrose of Plano at HQ!

Our son started at Primrose when he was about 5 months old. His infant teachers were the absolute best and he adored them! I never worried about his well being and trusted he was in great hands each day. We ended up leaving Primrose to try a Spanish immersion school when he was 18 months old. However, we ended up coming back to Primrose about a year later and it’s been the best decision! He is absolutely flourishing and learning so much each day. He loves his teachers and friends! The curriculum and his daily routine are top notch. The office staff are wonderful. We have all the good things to say! It’s so hard when he moves on to new classrooms because we don’t want to leave his teachers, but we always have new ones that are just as great! Big thanks to Ms. Rossetti, Ms. Duffy, Ms. Schmidt, Ms. Moore and Ms. Janae, and all of the support staff for loving our kiddo as your own!

Our son is in Ms. Khorammi & Mrs. Prakash’s class and we couldn’t be more pleased. The amount of time and love they spend with our son really shows. The communication from the teachers have really helped our son grow as a student. He loves going to class to see his friends. They are like a little family in his classroom. We have been very pleased with his current classroom. He has been a student since he was 2 years old at this Primrose. He is now 5. This is a great place to send your kiddo. The staff really take time to listen to you. As a parent, you want the best for your kiddo. This place is safe, clean & more than a daycare.

We are so happy with Primrose at Headquarters. Our son started their young toddlers class almost a year ago and has moved up to toddlers since then. We toured many schools when we moved to the area and the staff here gave us a lasting positive impression. Everyone greets my son by name and he is excited to go to school every morning. The teaches have been soo attentive and sweet in both of his classes! The facility is clean, well-equipped, and provides a variety of engaging activities. I appreciate the regular updates and communication about my child's day. It's clear that they prioritize safety and development.

My daughter has been attending this school since she was 3 months old, and she will turn 3 in April. My husband and I searched for the longest time before we found this Primrose school and immediately fell in love with the location, the cleanliness of the entire building, the way Primrose schools use curriculum starting with the toddler rooms, and especially the staff! We have loved every single one of our daughter’s teachers including the management staff. This was truly a blessing for us to find this wonderful place with phenomenal teachers to take care of our baby. It is a difficult thing to find a place who will watch over your child with loving and caring hearts, and we found that with Primrose at Headquarters. Emily Connell is a fantastic executive director who looks for the best staff to take care of our children. My daughter is shy and does not let many people comfort her, but her teachers Miss Porter and Miss Swepna are who she will run to for comfort when she can’t be with her mom, and I know they will all love her. If you’re looking for a child care and school for your children, look no further than this one! I wish I could give 10 stars! ❤️

Our kids have been attending this school for over a year. Our youngest is in the toddler classroom. The teachers are so supportive and sweet. My little one comes home immitating the fun things that they do like playing with puppets. My other child is in pre-k. I am constantly blown away with how much he learns at school at such an early age. His teachers are very nurturing and well trained on helping guide the kids through the various issues that come with being a 3-4 year old. The facilities are amazing and the leadership team is fantastic. We are very happy to have found Primrose at Headquarters.

Primrose School of Plano at Headquarters has been a blessing to our family! Our little one has gone there since she was 4 months old. The staff is kind, friendly, and trustworthy. They do everything in their power to communicate well and keep the children engaged and learning always!
