My kid loved it here. Unfortunately he aged out. He was well disciplined and had structure. Credit to the owners and they always helped our son in need.

My son has been with Primrose for over three years, starting in the old toddler class with Ms. Cece and now graduating this May from preschool with Ms. Alissa and Ms. Margie. He's loved every moment at daycare, from learning his first English words (we're bilingual) to making friends and having a blast every day. The care and support from the owners, management, teachers, and staff have been outstanding. He's fond of all his teachers and talks positively about his daycare adventures, showing that Primrose at Deerfield is a fantastic place for kids to grow and have fun while learning. P.S. We received all sorts of cute little gifts from daycare, and we absolutely love them :)

Our daughter Ishanvi has been going to Primrose School at Deerfield since November 2022 when she just turned 4. It was a lengthy process in choosing her first school and we are very pleased to have chosen Primrose.
The school and the staff have been playing a significant role in the development and growth of our daughter.
Over time since she joined, Isha loved going to school. Apart from the outstanding curriculum, numerous other activities like Christmas celebrations, Easter Egg Hunt, the annual graduation ceremony, etc., have piqued Isha’s interest and made her appreciate the time she is spending in school. It is to be noted that the staff put in a lot of time, effort and energy into the execution of the aforementioned events that they end up being really grand, rich and thoroughly memorable experiences for students and parents alike.
The school has also ensured that they strictly meet the dietary requirements of each child.
The staff also do a commendable job in communicating with us about the child’s daily activities, upcoming events, payment reminders and accommodating many other requests we’ve made. It has been a breeze communicating with Ms. Corrine, especially, and she has always been prompt, quick and always helpful in her response.
Our special mention goes to Ms. Alissa. Ever since Ms. Alissa became the class teacher for Pre-K-2, Isha wasn’t just happy but was excited to go to school. We, as parents, could clearly see that Ms. Alissa genuinely cared about the kids in the class, made them all feel inclusive, provided individual care to each one of them and actually wanted them to be happy & comfortable.
The very manner she greets the kids in the morning not only brightens their days but ours as well. As we drop off our daughter and drive away in the morning, we feel relieved and at peace knowing that Ms. Alissa is there to take care of our daughter.
We also want to thank Ms. Margie (who in Isha’s words is a very sweet teacher), Ms. Shilpi, Mr. Alan (whose high-fives instantly cheer up Isha in the morning), Ms. Suzanne and Ms. Heather.
Thank You all.

Primrose School of Plano at Deerfield owners, staff, teachers (everyone) have made such a positive impact in our children's lives. We started our daughter at 9 months old during COVID and then as our family grew we started our son at Primrose as well. Our daughter is now 3.5 yrs old and our son is 18 months old. I can't even begin to write down how much both of our kids have learned and how much growth we have seen in both of them. They genuinely love going to school and love their teachers. We find that it is the perfect mix of structure and play.
We have always felt that our kids are in amazing hands when not with us. The staff has excellent communication in regards to any type of situation that comes up (illness, changes in behaviors or moods, difficulty moving from old classroom to the new classroom). Even when our kids age up to the next classroom and are sad to leave their teachers they loved and get new ones, the new teachers always knew our kids already and would make the transition so much easier than we anticipated. The old teachers also check in on them as well whenever they see them in the hallway etc.
The food provided to our kids has also been a positive for us. Primrose has always provided a well balanced meal plan for meal times and snack times. The late day snack they offer has come in handy so many times when we pick up the kids later in the day than expected. My daughter had an allergic reaction to eggs when she was young and we had to see an allergist and do testing in regards to that as she got older. Eventually she passed her egg challenge with her allergist, but in the meantime Primrose did a great job at monitoring what she could and couldn't have during meal times and safely stored the Epi pen in case of emergency for her. Our son has dealt with lactose intolerance and has needed to be on lactaid milk with meal times after turning one. We bring the lactaid milk and they make sure he receives his milk for meal times and they communicate if they see any changes in his bowel habits, etc.
Overall, I can't say enough good things about this school. If you are thinking of registering your child to attend, I encourage you to do so! If you have any concerns, they will be answered promptly if you reach out and ask! It's amazing how much my children have grown in their education, social skills, sign language and sharing abilities in their time at this school.

We have been so happy at Primrose at Deerfield! We had been at Primrose in California since our oldest was 18 months, and Deerfield made the transition so smooth and easy for our children. It was a big move for them and they felt so at home. The staff at Deerfield love our children and they are learning so much! Our second daughter has had an easy transition to Kindergarten thanks to the education she received from Ms Kathy and Ms Blanca! And the kids love when the weather permits to walk to school!

My daughter has been going to Primrose Deerfield for almost 2 years now. She adores all her teachers, and we appreciate all the staff for their due diligence and care. We love receiving pictures and reading about what our daughter has learned throughout the day in the app. From my perspective, Deerfield looks for like minded people who have a passion working with young children. The owner is so hands on with his school, which indicates his care and passion as well!

Primrose School of Plano at Deerfield is simply incredible!! I can’t say enough great things about this school, I don’t even know where to start. We Just love love love this school. For us Primrose is A frame full of Love and Happiness. You treat each child as if they are yours. You celebrate the "whole child".
Good afternoon!
“Our son feels very comfortable in Ms. Cece's class; in his words Ms. CE is his happy place, he has shown so much growth, learning, and independence since he started. He looks forward every morning to go to the school and has made many friends as well. Every morning the speed with which my son runs to hug and greet his teachers tells me how much he loves them. I am so grateful that Kabir has found a home and I feel so privileged to be able to see the pictures/videos of him so happy and engaged.
We actually considered to discontinue twice with Primrose, and out of which once was because we were moving little far from the facility, in a weeks’ time we realize how much it was affecting my son, we were so stressed out, were not able to focus at work and because of our moving decision it was impacting our son a big time.. When we called Ms. Corrine if she would be ok having Kabir back at school, in a heartbeat they accepted Kabir back, they have always been so accommodating.. and me being first time mother, I needed that guidance from an experienced all the time. And believe me Ms. Cece did an excellent job of peacefully hearing me out and helping me with the best solution which suits in my interest. In that one week away from school, my son was really missing his primrose family.
For us Primrose is not only a school but a whole support system for us. We feel Primrose has been the best choice for our son's early education. I want Team Primrose of Plano at Deerfield to know how special I think you all are and how much I appreciate you accepting my family into your loving community. We are enjoying every bit, as it feels like a party every day. Words will not justify the power of your efforts which go in upbringing every single child at your school. Thank you for everything.”

The Egan family says "We have been at Primrose since B was 4 mo old, so 4 years now. We have been through owner changes, director changes, teacher changes, but at the end of the day the one thing that never changes is how much everyone truly cares for our kids. We love seeing our kids grow and learn, it's incredible how much Primrose and all the teachers and staff have been such monumental parts of our kids' lives and growth."
We appreciate the Egan family so much!

My daughter joined Primrose Deerfield in February 2023 and I could not have been happier with her growth. She was a shy infant lacking in her social skills and verbal capability inspite our best efforts. After joining the school and coming in contact with hands on teachers , she has grown exponentially. She is conversing so well and is no more a shy toddler. We are so happy to see our child blossom under Miss N, Miss C and many other wonderful teachers. The curriculum, activities and the updates that we receive through the day really gives us, the parents, satisfaction that we made the right choice for our child. The activities through the day and the designated age appropriate play areas are some of the best features of the school that our child loves. Highly recommend Primrose Deerfield.

A boy in the class bit my toddler girl so badly we are still going back and forth with the medical system to get her little fingers fixed..
the teachers/staff disregarded the case saying my daughter was
timid to defend herself.. so bullying starts right at this age ?? complete thumbs down ?
You don’t leave early preschoolers all by themselves in the class at anytime. An extremely disappointing experience !

We’ve been with this Primrose school for about 6 months now (since our son was 5 months old), and we are so happy to be part of the Primrose family! It is such a happy, safe, loving environment where you can see how much the teachers and staff care about the kiddos. We love our infant teachers so much, and more importantly so does our kiddo! He gets the biggest grin going to them each morning, and there’s no bigger comfort in the world than knowing you’re leaving your kid in the best hands. And as a parent, I’ve been impressed with the communication and transparency to keep us updated throughout the day or whenever anything pops up!

We started sending our son (21 months at the time) to Primrose in January 2023. Over the last couple of months, he has progressed so much in his motor skill and language development. When we first started at Primrose, our son would only eat if he was spoon-fed. Within two weeks he started eating by himself and was much more independent. At a young age, the children learn good eating habits. They sit in chairs and use utensils. Also, our son has started talking more often and is starting to say some of his first words. We are extremely happy with the progress our son has made since joining the Primrose program. We left Primrose for a few weeks in February to try another learning center closer to our new residence. Unfortunately, the curriculum nor care was up to par of what we experienced at Primrose. We only stayed there for a couple of weeks before deciding to come back to Primrose. Even though the commute is a lot longer now, we are so happy to know our son is taken of.The staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. They communicate in a timely manner with the parents noting school closures and breaks well in advance. They also note diaper changes, nap start and end times, various activities and snack times in the Pro Care app throughout the day. This helps us have peace of mind that our son is eating properly, sleeping properly and learning new things. We are extremely happy with Primrose and would 100% recommend this school to anyone.

WORST DAY CARE we've ever encountered!!! My 1 year old started here the second week of Jan. He got sick from a SICK TEACHER in a week! I understand that kids get sick in daycare, especially during this time of year. But I didn't expect the practice to let sick teachers still come in and care for kids WITHOUT ANY PROTECTION! On top of that, when I confronted the office staff about this situation, they denied it! They informed me that no teacher was diagnosed with anything. My husband was there to pick up the kid, and talked with the sick teacher. She lost her voice and was having a "barking cough". And she wasn't coming in the next day. Two days later, my kid was showing the exact symptoms. I understand sometimes day care may not have substitutes in time, and maybe the teacher didn't claim she's sick. But she's showing very obvious symptoms already, why can't the office staff ask her to wear a mask or some form of protection? When I brought up the issue, instead of acknowledging the problem, and trying to work on an improvement plan, they simply denied the problem existed! Clearly shows they don't care about the kids' well being. That's when I decided to pull my kid from this day care, even if we've only been there for a week, and paid for the rest of Jan. I can't trust them with my kid. Who knows what other hyenine routine they're skipping due to "convenience"? After we've let them know that we're not going back, they told us we had to let them know 30-days in advance. I emailed them and stated since they're the ones who're having health code violations. I'm not paying for Feb dues. Never got a response.I have an older one who also started daycare around 1 year old. We've been to several daycares in different cities. Never experienced anything even close to this before.
