Our experience at this Primrose has been great! We have 2 kids enrolled and they love going to school. They have been there for the last 3 years. Whenever I voice a concern, I feel heard and steps are taken to get it resolved. Some of the teachers are absolutely the best human beings! The job is not easy and often stressful but they manage to do it with a smile and kindness! Thank you! We appreciate you :)Shout out to Ms. Jordan! Thank you for all the hugs over the years! My Lili loves you! :)

We have been with Primrose Chase Oaks since 2022. My eldest daughter started attending Young Toddlers when she was 2 years old, while my youngest daughter began when she was just 7 weeks old in the Infant classroom (Ms. Lauren, Ms. Nisha, Ms. Sharon, Ms. Rahmalia). The nurturing environment provided by the Infant class teachers laid a strong foundation for our child's growth and development during those crucial early months. We will always be grateful for the patience, love, and expertise that the Infant class team showered upon our little one.Now that my baby has transitioned into Ms. Honey's class, we continue to be amazed by the progress they have made and the depth of care they receive. Ms. Honey, your dedication to fostering a love of learning and exploration in each child is truly inspiring. Our child comes home every day bubbling with excitement, eager to share all the new things they have learned under your guidance. Your classroom is not just a place of education but a sanctuary of growth, where each child is valued and supported in their unique journey.To Ms. Tammy and the whole Manager Team, we cannot thank you enough for the outstanding management of the kindergarten. Your efficient and effective leadership ensures that every aspect of the learning environment runs seamlessly, allowing teachers to focus wholeheartedly on nurturing and educating the children in their care. Your commitment to excellence sets the standard for the entire kindergarten community, and we feel fortunate to be a part of it.We are incredibly grateful for the exceptional care, guidance, and support our child has received at Primrose School of Plano at Chase Oaks. From the Infant class to Ms. Honey's class eventhough the Preschool class, every teacher and staff member has played a vital role in shaping our child's early years in the most positive and enriching way possible.

Teachers are exceptional but staff often is not at front door in the evenings. Can be a security issue and problematic if you may be having issues with your door code. Also, staff rarely greets me or speak in passing. I think it’s subpar customer service. Every parent should be greeted with a hello. Simple customer service.

My kid is in the preschool class with Ms. Neeraja and Ms. Z. He is joyfully engaged in learning every day. Ms. Neeraja is exceptionally kind, patient, and attentive when teaching the children, and he is acquiring new vocabulary every day. The class has a wonderfully warm atmosphere.Before the preschool class, my kid was in the Pathways class, where he had Ms. Z as his teacher. She is an incredibly gentle and patient educator. Primrose of Chase Oak is my son's first school experience, and he has developed a deep affection for the teachers, the school, and his classes."

We absolutely love this school. All the teachers we have come across have made the transition to school easier for our son. Ms Neerja, Ms Jan, Ms London have made the first few drop offs and first weeks of preschool easy and reassuring and my son soon started to love going to school. Ms Katina and Ms Pat have taught him so much in such a little time and provided 1:1 attention when needed to help with academics in pre-k. They truly care about the kids well being and happiness as well as make sure they are progressing academically. My son who is in pre-k still stops by his preschool classroom to say hi to the teachers.

We are so grateful for the staff at Primrose Chase Oaks. We have been so impressed with the staff and especially love Ms. Tammy, Ms. Jordan and Ms. Hyma up front. We are always so grateful for their greetings and they know these kids...they really care! We primarily use the daycare for aftercare and we are so grateful we found a safe and great place for our boys. Thank you to ALL of the Primrose Chase Oaks staff!

We love primrose of Chase oaks and we especially love Ms. Sharon in the infant room. She is so loving, kind, and really cares about our little girl. Our daughter lights up everytime we drop her off with Ms. Sharon. The best school/daycare we could have chosen.

My baby started attending Primrose Chase Oaks in April when she was 6 months old. ? She's been thriving there since! ? I love how her Infant Room teachers take care of her and are very warm and attentive to her.They provide updates on your child through the school app so you know when your child has diaper changes, bottles/meals, play time, etc. with pictures so I can see how much fun she's having (or if she's just not interested in certain foods lol). The processes at Primrose is also very organized, which I appreciate. At least in my experience with the Infant Room, when you first join, they provide very thorough instructions about milk and bottles and other stuff like having extra clothes on hand or bringing in extra wipes when needed.I really love seeing my baby in pics with other kids her age and sometimes I pretend they're having little silly discussions with one another lol. I'm glad we found Primrose when we did!! ? Thank you to Ms Rahmalia, Ms Sharon, Ms Lauren, and Ms Nisha!! ?

We have very much enjoyed our experience at Primrose School of Plano at Chase Oaks and would recommend it to parents who may be reading this review.The administration: Ms. Tammy, Mrs. Hyma, and Ms. Jordan are a constant presence when we drop off and pick up our child. In the mornings they will say hi to her by name, which really makes us feel known and appreciated.Our teachers to date: Mrs. Rahmalia, Mrs. Lauren, Ms. Sharon, Ms. Nisha, and Ms. Honey have been wonderful partners in our child's development and care from the time she was an infant.While it is was especially hard to entrust our infant to outside care at first Mrs. Rahmalia, Mrs. Lauren, and Ms. Sharon quickly made us feel at ease and most importantly that our child would be cared for, supported, and loved. Ms. Nisha and Ms. Honey have continued that for us in the best ways possible.Seeing Ms. Honey's dedication and tireless effort to work with our child is something we will always think fondly of and tell people about if they are considering enrollment here. We are so thankful for her!

My daughter came to this school three months ago. She has made great progress and learned a lot. I am very grateful to Teacher Neeraja and Teacher Zhain. The teachers are very patient and loving towards the children. The teachers communicate with us every day on how to let me My daughter is getting better and my daughter really likes this school

We were looking for a day care where they would let kids be kids while helping them learn. Once we spoke to Ms Tammy I knew it was the right place for my 1 yr old daughter. I was very nervous and hesitant as any mom having to leave young child with someone. Ms Honey is so great with kids, with in a few days i was confident my daughter is in great hands. My daughter loves going here and has a lot of fun. She is 18 mnths now and very independent. She leveled up to the next class now and again i was nervous as that meant she was leaving Ms. Honey. The teachers in her new class are also amazing.Ms Tammy, Ms. Jordan, Ms. Hima always greet us at the door and great with kids.Thank you all for being you.

I adore teaching at Primrose Chase Oaks it’s fun, rewarding, and exciting! As a preschool teacher, I'm delighted that every day I get to see kids exploring and discovering new skills/abilities every day. I adore being able to impact the lives of each child I teach at Primrose and having this opportunity to be a teacher for the first time. My name is Thomas Briggs and I’ve worked here for over three years, and as I’m preparing to move on to teach high school I wanted to leave a review about my time working here.Over the past three years I’ve worked primarily as the lead of our Explorer program, and have had the opportunity to work with so many students, and while I might have taught them in the classroom, they also helped develop myself as a teacher. We’ve had unforgettable experiences in the classroom and gone on amazing field trips together. The bonds I’ve created with these students is something I’m truly going to miss. When I first started here, I wasn’t sure if teaching was the path I really wanted to go down in life, but now, I’m certain of it.I also wanted to give a special shout-out to the management staff. Ms. Tammy, the director has been the best boss I’ve ever worked for. She’s always been supportive of me both in my precessional and personal life, and has gone out of her way to work with me as I’ve completed my bachelor’s degree and teaching certifications. For that I can’t thank her enough. She cares so much about the people around her, be it the teachers or the students. And Mrs. Hyma, the director of education, is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met in my entire life. She’s an absolute joy to talk to, and has always offered me excellent advice. These two ladies are the wheels that make this place spin.As the chapter of my life here at Primrose draws to an end, I felt it necessary to share with others how great this place has been to me. So to my students and their parents, fellow teachers, and management, I want to say thank you. Thank you so much for the past three years.

Our four-year journey at Primrose of Chase Oaks Daycare School has been a mix of highs and lows. Initially, my eldest son received exceptional care and attention from outstanding kindergarten teachers, like Miss Pat and Miss Katina, who helped him excel in reading and Math. He’s made lifelong friends.However, for my youngest son, who is an early toddler, the constant turnover of teachers and lack of dedicated attention hindered his progress. Unfortunately, we had to withdraw him from the school due to these concerns. While the school still has its merits, it has undergone changes and faces significant staff turnover, impacting the quality of care. In the last 2 years my youngest son has had 7 teachers/assistants.As for safety concerns, there is a code for entering in but there have been countless times we’re there was no staff member at the front desk.
