Grace was so helpful and great to work with. Thought I had to get my new engagement ring sized down and after she inspected the ring, instead of trying to sell me on purchasing the resize, she gave me professional advice to not resize. This was due to the fluctuation of body water retention in the summer vs the winter. She added on a bracket to make the ring fit perfectly for cheaper than I was expecting. Salt of the earth type of service. She will be my jeweler as long as we are in the area. She even cleaned my other ring as a courtsey.

If you are looking for a jeweler to fix your jewelry, this is the place...!! I took in my super delicate rose gold bracelet that was broken. Her consulting was very helpful for me to see what she could do for my bracelet, and she fixed it very nicely! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Thank you!

Not my local jeweler —but worth the ride. Honest and “old fashioned” customer service still exists!! Run don’t walk to this gem of a jeweler! Take a walk through the door and know you’ll get treated like family! So lucky to have found Grace and Eddie (the working dog). People who bring their dogs to work are my type of people.

Just wow!!! I'm super picky about who I take my jewelry to. I've waited years. I finally had to go because some stones were lose in my wedding band. I never thought I'd find a place that did repairs while you wait!! Just like being back in NYC right in the middle of Plano!! Plus a super overdue cleaning. My band looks new again. I also left a cherished piece to have reset. I can't wait to see it on my hand again. I know it's going to be perfect. Grace spent time and gave me her expert opinions about how to set it again. She's been in the business a long time. Fair pricing and excellent customer service. If you're looking for a great jeweler --one you can absolutely trust --on every level, look no further. The drive from downtown will be worth it too. I don't care how much money you have. You can't buy service and expertise like this anymore.

I went to Prime Jeweler of Plano on a friend’s recommendation, and wow, am I glad I did! Grace did a beautiful job (and very quickly) on my wedding ring. She gave great advice and used my old gold to make the new ring, making it very affordable. Outstanding customer service, all around. Definitely a “hidden gem” (pun intended) in Plano!

I was given a bid of $700 in Rockwall, to re-tip & replace a diamond chip (which I had) in my gold nugget wedding ring. I was going to pawn the ring, & apply the payout to a new ring. WhenI went to the pawnshop, I was referred to Grace at Prime Jewelers, to fix it & was given a bid of under $300! Grace gave me an option of rather than re-tipping the diamond chips, that she "set" them into the ring! I had never heard of this option, so i decided to go ahead, after all she gas been a jeweler for 20 years, & at the same location for 18.Below is what I received: I couldn't be happier! I recommend Grace Ozaeta at Prime Jeweler of Plano, without any hesitation!
