I just left Plano Used Office Furniture and was greeted by Rodrigo G. He was professional and attentive. He showed me inventory that might interest my needs. We should have gone here first! Outstanding selection of commercial file cabinets, very friendly staff and totally reasonable prices! Before we found this place, we went to Recycled Furniture in Irving first, it was overpriced but we took the best cabinet they had which was dirty and really scratched on the side— then searched for other office furniture resellers when we found this place and drove wayyyyyy across town hoping they had what we needed. This place was our dream come true. Their stuff is all in good to excellent condition! I will ALWAYS go here first from now on.

The previous owner was really easy to talk to, and always seem to be around when you had a question or wanted to exchange or sell something. I just haven’t found the same experience with the new ownership. I’m sure others might have different experiences.

When I walked through the door, the ladies behind the counter greeted me with a smile and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find the office chair I was looking for, customer service was the best I’ve seen in a while, I will definitely be going back.

I needed a metal rod for a file cabinet to hold the files. The staff was so nice and helpful. They looked to see if they had one, but didn’t. They told me that Home Depot had a product that would work, but would be too long. He said I could bring it there and he’d cut it for me. He did, and didn’t charge me anything! THAT is customer service!
