Really poor service and communications. I took my mower in for a blade sharpening. The guy told me that it needed a tune up-quoted 64.99. I said go ahead. Go in to pick it up on Saturdy-161.00. They lied to me and put the screws to me. I would have bought a new mower rather than spend that kind of money on an older mower.

May seem professional, may provide some good service, but honesty would be appreciated. Was told they were the only ones who could get the parts (not even Toro, they said), which would cost $129 and take two weeks. Quick search showed I could get the only part needed (not an entire carburetor) for less than $4 and do it myself in 20 minutes or less.

I recently had a somewhat challenging experience with Plano Power Equipment regarding a part order, but the resolution ultimately showcased their commitment to customer service.
Initially, I faced several communication issues over the span of three months regarding the status of my order. It was frustrating to be left in the dark about parts I needed for my equipment. I reached out multiple times and felt that my concerns weren't being addressed as promptly as I had hoped.
However, I want to highlight the exceptional assistance I received from the parts team. They stepped up when it mattered, demonstrating a genuine commitment to resolving my issues. Winon, in particular, was incredibly helpful and proactive in assisting with my order. She took the time to provide updates, clarify any confusion, and ultimately ensured that I received the parts I needed.
While I wish the initial experience had been smoother, the way the team, especially Winon, wrapped everything up left a positive impression on me. It’s clear that Plano Power Equipment values their customers and is willing to go the extra mile to provide good service.
Overall, I appreciate their efforts to turn around a challenging situation. I will certainly consider returning in the future, confident that they care about their customers’ needs.

Service Is Horrible they told me to come today for my tractor wheels when I arrived they told me that the person was not here and would be here until Monday I drove 40 minutes This is horrible!

Great service from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out owning a new Scag 36.
Clean shop, even complemented my sales person. Definitely, I will definitely be coming back for future equipment.

Boy has the quality of service at this place gone down. I've been a customer since the 1980's. They sold me the wrong parts and were rude and disrespectful when I tried to return. Then they had the audacity to charge me a restocking fee without telling me. When I told them, they said it's on the receipt and they didn't need to tell me. And they wonder why Amazon is kicking their butts. I prefer to support local businesses. Shame on me. Jerks.

Nowhere has it happened to me that they charge for returning things that were not needed or that had wrong parts before 10 days and after 10 days they no longer return anything

Great experience! I was running a bit late so I called ahead and asked if they could wait a few minutes after their closing and the individual I spoke to said yes! I got there right at close, picked the mower I wanted almost immediately and was checked out within ten minutes. I did not get to experience the service department but my time with sales was pleasant and straight to the point.
