I have three units here, and have generally been pleased with this operation. That changed over the past months. In May, I observed my unit door had been backed into, and wasn’t usable. I reported the damage to the District Manager. It’s been more than 60 days, and repair work hasn’t begun. I was told the door had to be replaced, but that’s about all I’ve been told. I was advised work was to begin yesterday, but no contractor ever showed up. My attempts to contact him have been unsuccessful, and the office locked. I understand delays happen.But I would appreciate updates. The unresponsive silence is unhelpful and aggravating.

Don’t go here!!! The owner is a con artist keeps sending us bills from southern star storage we don’t even have a account with them. How did you get my info and why do you keep sending bills?!! Please answer the phone been calling for two whole days and never picks up. Who can I call for help???

Office space and storage. I have had an office space now for 4 months now. And Tami P. Has upgraded the look and feel to be inviting and uplifting to my clients and others that visit here. And also improving the storage area and units. Nights and days she works on it, and I am so impressed. So I will stay as long as I can.

The most disorganized storage place I have ever known. Signed up for a unit online then realized it wasn't a discounted price, but a pro-rated rate. I immediately the same day gave my 10 days notice (which was to be applied before the 1st of the month) and I never even used the unit and I was out almost $100 for nothing. Then they try to send me a bill for the upcoming month. I contacted them and they said another person rented the unit. I left it at that, but to day I get an email telling me the units contents were being auctioned off. Again I contact them and they inform me the unit was rented and is in another persons name, not mine.They submitted a report and they said they would soon be in contact. We will see if they can do that right. I would recommend to anyone wanting to rent a unit there to run and go somewhere else. Southern Star is an inept and disorganized company and their staff online are complete idiots.

10/10 on customer service. Ask for Teon. He has been so awesome! He definitely has gone above and beyond to get his job done and make sure my rental experience with them was a good decision. I'm very happy with my unit and the price is very affordable. The rental process was so simple. A few clicks and you're in. Great location and very quiet. I rented a unit within the last 30 days and I will most definitely recommend this place to anyone. REMEMBER to ask for TEON. He restored my faith in great customer service and reminded me that their are still people left in that field that know how to do what it takes to get the job done and keep a smile on your face. BOSS MAN, GIVE HIM A RAISE!
