Great atmosphere. The guy that greet you at the door was very friendly. The lady who did my service was nice.
Normally when I go to get a pedicure the workers talking in their language to other workers instead of just getting the job done and getting u outta there.
This establishment here they only focus on their customer and attend to you. Only time the lady spoke with someone else is when she told the guy I needed a refill on my drink

Had a gel manicure done here last Monday (so 7 days ago) and they are already grown out, lifted, and most are chipped. I wouldn’t go back here. Pictures for proof in case you want to see how bad my nails look after only a week.

Horrible experience on Tuesday 6/18. My friend and I came during the day for pedicures. The older lady barely gave me a minute to find a color and kept tapping me in the shoulder to sit down. When, I sat in the chair she kept hurrying me to place my feet in the water. When I did, it was so hot, it burned my foot. She rolled her eyes and put new water in the basin, but it was still scalding hot. When she finally got the temperature, she continued the pedicure. Two minutes into the pedicure, she cut two of my toes trying to remove cuticles. I let her know and told her what happened but she didn’t seem to care. Meanwhile, the entire time she kept trying to upsell more services. This is my second time here and all they are concerned with is upselling and hurrying you through the process. On my first visit, the upselling and constant badgering to make me drink alcohol, when I already declined was annoying; but I came back to give them a chance because I like the location. This visit, with the cuts on my toes, confirms my opinion to steer clear and go elsewhere.

First of all the best nail technician is Kelly. She has excellent technique, my shape is perfect EVERY TIME. I get long coffin nails. She is able to do any design along with new styles. She is also a quick worker! If you ask for her, you better tip her amazing or I'm coming for you!!
For pedicures: Tammy or Hannah
They both have AMAZING massage skills!
Tammy helps my boyfriend on the regular getting his ingrown toe nails out.
Both are so great at making you feel relaxed ?

Went there for the first time got a manicure done in 10 minutes didnt cut cuticles jagged nail ends would not recommend

i love this place!!! it was my second time getting my nails done and I wanted a solid color which I ended up choosing navy blue and the woman who did my nails was so sweet and so kind. She kept asking me if they looked good if everything was OK if the length was good, I ended up switching from polish to gel because it would last longer and the color I picked they ended up not having it anymore so she went hunting for around for the same color and she was so kind about it The customer service was great and the place is very comfortable overall I’m so happy with my nails and I will definitely be coming back
Cleanliness: The Business is very clean. They have very modern designs and a lot of TVs to keep you entertained. They also offer beverages, I’m not sure about alcohol, but she brought me a water and it was free

HORRIBLE!!! THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE!!!! I was a regular customer and was treated like Gum under my shoe. I came in 2 or 3 months ago and I was told Mimi (nail tech) does NOT want to do your nails, I said WHAT???? First of all I can pay your salary Mimi for 6 months, let's start there. I continued to go and get my nails done (silly of me). I go in yesterday to get a mani and pedi the tech comes over and gave me 2 different prices (huh) another tech came over speaking in her language as if she did not want to do my feet, so I was like okay, so I leave and will never go back. Clearly you cannot be racist, just saying So this is what I gathered YOU KNOW YOU CANNOT BULLSHIT ME WITH PRUCE GAUGING OR GETTING SOME SERVICE I DONT WANT OR NEED. I AM TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW- MAKE SURE YOU GET AN UNDERSTANDING BECAUSE SOMETHING APPEARS TO BE OFF!!! I AM NOT SPENDING MONEY WITH ANYONE THAT IS RUDE AS HELL!!! My Experience

I work in the area and this morning I’m walking from the bus stop and had to eventually get off the sidewalk to get to the buildings and one of the owners I’m assuming was speeding through the parking lot across the parking SPOTS (which is illegal btw even though everybody still does it) and gets SO CLOSE to me enough to nearly hit me. I stood there in disbelief as she parked and mouthed to her what is wrong with you and she rolled her eyes at me! I can kiss trying out this nail place goodbye if the owner drives like a manic and doesn’t care that she almost hit someone. Just rude!!!!

This has been my nail place for 2 years now and they've never let me down! I have chubby fingers and a toe thumb so i've always been so picky about how my nails look because my hands are my biggest insecurity. This nail place has always done an amazing job doing my nails and I can rely on anyone there to do my nails perfect! Great, fast and welcoming service. Great prices as well! Definitely 5 stars
