The service was amazing, we came in an hour and a half before close and I got acrylics and nail art (my timing was terrible, I will adjust in the future) and they did an amazing job making sure my nails got done. They stayed open 30 minutes past close to finish them, and the customer service was fantastic still. I can’t thank them enough.

I’m so disappointed with the nails I left with today. They are sloppy and chunky. The lady who was doing my nails was kind, but for the amount that I paid, and from how well done other pictured reviews are, I expected way better. I was also not informed that the length I chose would increase the service by $30. I wish I was told that before she cut the length:(

Hannah is by far the ABSOLUTELY best nail technician I have ever used and I've been getting my nails done for over 30 years. She's very detailed and listens to exactly what you want and she always is so pleasant she has great customer service and Moon gives a great pedicure!!!

I came here with my sister in law and she left in tears. She asked for acrylics and I guess they didn't want to do that while she got a pedicure so they forcibly convinced her against it by saying they would give her another service that is similar. They gave her a regular manicure and a massage. My sister in law did not fully understand what they were offering when she agreed to it. She thought they were at least giving here gel nails but ended up with wet nails that smudged as soon as she went to pay. After complaining that she did not get the service she wanted she was still forced to pay the full $80 and only given a $10 coupon. As we went outside and looked at her nails in better light we saw just how horrible the job was. The nail tech said it was her fault for not being careful but she never asked for a regular manicure to begin with. If we wanted regular polish we would have done it ourselves. She didn't get her money back until she broke down in tears out of our frustration. I'm suspicious that the money will not be returned to her card but we will see.
It was her only chance in the whole month for time for herself since she has two babies at home and your salon ruined her day. We will never be back. If someone asks you for something there is no reason to talk them out of it. Just give people what they ask for.
