Taylor Phillips sold an entire garbage moped to me with the whole pitchy salesman thing. No time at all it stops cranking. Long story short, they’re “not in the market” to make it right, thanks Brian Ralph. Shame on me, should have known people that sell used mopeds for a living have already failed themselves so why should I expect more.

This review is long overdue, but shout out to Plano Kawasaki Suzuki. Bought my first bike from here, and everyone from Jack to the management and service department was so cool. The education process on taking care of my Aprilia RS 457 was second to none. Please consider them if you're in the market for a new ride.

I here to tell anyone who reads this this is the only motorcycle store to buy from definitely not a BIG pushy change store, Mike, Kevin, the Alaska guy Will, and definitely can't forget Morgan, this was so helpful in my purchase of my sweet Ava 2025 z900rs cafe. They are amazing, and not just the people I've named Jess in service also. I can't say enough good things about this place, i would recommend Plano Kawasaki Suzuki to everyone i know and I know you will have just as great experience as I did or even better, they are all about the customer. Awesome job guys and gals I just love my new bike Ava.

I've been to bikes and coffee a few times at this dealer and seemed like a good place so decided to try to purchase a used bike they had. I got an email last Saturday afternoon about 20 minutes before they closed that the bike I was interested in was available. On Sunday I noticed the bike wasn't on the website anymore. When I called Tuesday (closed monday) they informed me the bike was sold hours before the email was sent. So they lied about availability and tried to get me to come in to look at other bikes. When I confronted the salesman on the phone he said, "things happen fast around here." So no accountability either. Avoid this dealership.
Edit for owner response- Convenient the owner didn't mention the part of the call that the salesman said the bike had sold hours earlier. Also, I never said anything about a "flippant" tone, odd you felt you had to defend that. This was my first experience in trying to buy from this dealer and you got caught in a lie. Why would I spend money in your establishment?

This morning I went to the store to inquire about motorcycle repairs. I was a little nervous because I don't speak English well, until I met Kevin. He answered all my questions very enthusiastically and in detail. Thank him very much. It was definitely the right decision to go to this store because there are the most professional, friendly and enthusiastic staff there.

Went to this showroom to test drive a bike before i make my purchase. To my surprise, they didn't allow me to test drive any bike even used ones and asked me to purchase the bike and get insurance on it to test drive it. WTH, who will buy a bike to test drive it. The same showroom guys allowed my friend to test drive two bikes and they didn't allow me to do it. Such a disgrace and discrimination these guys are showing based on each individual. And when i asked for a quote, they gave me the price on a sticky note paper instead of giving it to me on print out with detailed itemized structure. Shame on you guys for providing such a poor customer service.
Update 1: I did receive a quote on Vulcan S for both New and Used bikes and they let me sit on it but didn't allow me to do the test ride. If this is how your test ride policy works, then i'm not interested to do any business with your dealership. I went to Maxim Honda and didn't receive this type of poor customer. Even Harley allowed their customers to test drive the 25k expensive bikes and here we're talking about test ride policy for a 7k bike. One more thing i was informed to get insurance even on demo days which still doesn't make sense.

My man Devin is the best! Not only that but literally everyone in that building is the best. Devin was so patient and was the best. He made sure we were best taken care of. They also showed me how to strap my bike down which I truly appreciate!! I highly recommend coming here. We will be back for my hubbies bike ;) Thank you again guys <3
