Our 3 kids have gone through the daycare program and are attending their after school program. After school they pick up our kids and help them with their homework. In addition to tutoring help, they provide extracurricular activities such as Tae Kwon Do and Art Class which our kids enjoy. Most importantly, they have really helped us with the growth of our children and provide a convenient one stop shop for our whole family. The owners kids went through PDS so he is highly aware and attentive to any needs of your family. Highly recommend to all growing families in Collin and Dallas counties!

Choosing Plano Day School is definitely the best decision we’ve ever made during my son’s childhood. Teachers are always caring, friendly, and helpful. School is well managed by experts and my son enjoys so much at the school. Also, he always comes home with new things learned at school that surprised us. I’d recommend this place to all friends and families.

My kid started with PDS since he was 18 months. Along the way I can see him growing so much and has been well taken care of. Now he is in PS, has several very close friends and talks about what he learns every single day. He is happy at PDS, which makes me happy. I am glad several years ago I made the decision to sent him to PDS. Teachers are nice, leaders are focusing on making the school better and better.

Today, my daughter on the way home showed me the paper craft they did in school, and I was stunned when she told me the phrases “ solar eclipse”, “ solar system” and “ special glass”. She really enjoyed everyday in the PSD and learned a lot.
Recommend PSD to every mother who wants her child to be happy learning in school.

I have two kids. The older one attended Plano Day School (PDS) from the age of 2 all the way through Pre-K. Our experience with PDS was exceptional. The management team and teachers were professional, helpful, and incredibly patient with the kids. Their love for children and dedication to their education and guidance were palpable. I know they put in a lot of effort to maintain a high-quality staff. Now, my younger one also attends PDS. Every day, she comes home raving about how much fun school is and how she adores her teachers. On school holidays, my older one insists on joining us to drop off her little sister (depending on the holidays, PDS is usually not off when public schools are) just to see her beloved teachers and give them hugs. Seeing the kids go to school happily every day, what more could a parent ask for?

My son has been a student at Plano Day School for more than a year, and he absolutely loves his teachers, who are very caring and responsible. Every day, he eagerly shows me his worksheets, tells me what he's learned.He enjoys bringing his own books to school. His PK teacher reads his books and also reads books from other kids. The teacher even mentioned that they've covered many kindergarten level courses! The classroom is always well organized whenever I pick him up. The school puts in a lot of effort to prepare for holidays, and my son absolutely enjoys each celebration. I appreciate how parents are encouraged to participate in these activities, it's truly amazing!

I highly recommend PDS. My son loves it here and is constantly learning and improving. The teachers and management are great and really get to know the families. They really care abut the kids and provide a safe and stimulating environment for learning. They have a good curriculum and all the extracurricular activities are a bonus.

I am so happy we found Plano Day School (PDS). We were looking for a school that 1) has a sizeable outdoor playground and indoor space for recess; 2) provides lunch and snacks; 3) has chinese curriculum that was more than once a week so that she can maintain her chinese outside of our home; 4) has an environment where my child would feel at home. PDS checked all the boxes. PDS has a spacious gym for students to play in during the summer heat. They provide lunch and snacks for the students and offer several academic plans to accommodate various scheduling-needs. Chinese Mandarin is also a part of their DAILY curriculum.
The administrators and teachers are caring and team players with the parents. During my daughter's first week at school, the teachers and administrators held her and comforted her. My daughter has higher skin care needs more skin care than other students and they worked with me to understand her flare ups and when to expect them so they can proactively help me manage.
My daughter has learned so much ever since she started school two months ago. For example, she learned 5 Chinese nursery rhymes from her teacher and can recognize 20 Chinese characters. She also gets to do arts and crafts that we don't get to do at home and gets to play with other two year olds and learn social skills!

Our children attend Plano Day School and they have the most caring teachers. The academic is also advanced and prepares kids at every stage of their development. Could not be happier with management and the extra curricular activities that are offered! Highly recommended!
