We needed to have a 4x4 front plate glass window (12 ft off floor) replaced. Randle responded and provided an estimate which I accepted. Randle said l should receive a call in 7-10 days to install. Eight days later a call stating Armando would be at our home tomorrow 9AM. Armando arrived as stated did a superb job. Much more difficult than anticipated. I highly recommend Plano Glass and their employees.

Edwin installed a double-sided sliding glass door in my guest bathroom yesterday. The material is very sturdy but also elegant. They did a great job on the install, very neat and tidy. The glass door really “classes up” the entire bathroom. I give Plano Bath 2 thumbs up.

Plano Bath was exemplary in every aspect of professional service. Every appointment was almost exactly on time, and the estimate of the time required for getting the cutom made glass was very accurate. Both the estimator and the technician were very courteous and expert in their work, which consisted of replacing nine fixed pane windows. Their price was far lower than the only other estimate I received. The work was 12-20 feet above grade level, and working on an extension ladder that high was a non-issue for them, while the other contractor said "risk" was a component of their pricing. Working with the office was very low key, but efficient, and everything was as discussed. I would not hesitate to use Plano Bath again.

Highly professional measurements and installations of 2 shower doors, one frameless and one barn door, along with 2 windows. Process was seamless from estimation to completion. Crew treated our home as if it was their own. Highly recommend Plano Glass and Shower!

By happenstance, we walked into Plano Bath next door to Braum’s and inquired about replacing the entry way glass in the window above our front door. The nice gentleman said they could help. We asked who would come and measure. He replied, “I will be there tomorrow morning at 8:00am.” Such a quick response! The installers did a wonderful job. Plano Bath has certainly earned our business for any future glass needs!!

I’ve used Plano bath on multiple occasions over the last few years to replace older, cloudy windows and a few cracked and broken frames. They’ve always been responsive, giving me affordable pricing and completed the work as promised. That’s why I call them first whenever I have another project that needs attention.

Thank you so much for the install of our beautiful shower. Randall came out to measure and was very professional and kind. Edwin and his wonderful team came out to do the install and they did a wonderful job as well. They were very professional and I felt like I had known Edwin already. ? They really cared about their work and made sure that we were happy. I did notice an issue with our shower door handle after the team had left. I called Plano Bath and spoke to Collin. He immediately offered to reorder another handle but he wanted to contact Edwin to see if he could repair it. The team came right back and decided to go back to see if they had another handle instore to replace it with. Edwin called to say that they had another one and he would make the trip back to our home on the same day to reinstall. He did just that! I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of the work that was done by Plano Bath! Thank you so much!

They were amazing! Got a quote at 3pm they were out the following morning replaced our window by 10am!! The reps were very nice too
