Staff were super friendly and professional! I took my dog here to get neutered and I felt so safe and happy with their service! I thought he would be in so much pain but he is doing great being his normal self! You can tell they love their job! The front desk Amber was so sweet and caring, I told her how nervous I was and she comforted me and made sure I knew he was in great hands, I love this place! Will be bringing my other puppy back!!

I found a dog in Plano and stopped by Plano Animal Clinic to see if they can help me. They scanned the microchip, found the owner, and Maggie (the lost dog) got home safely.

For 13 years my dog has been non problematic and healthy. As soon as she turned 13 everything went downhill. She’s the only pet I’ve ever had. I was completely in the dark. It’s always been just her and I. I frantically searched for a trusted vet to help her with a popped growth that had become very large on her side. They helped me get her teeth cleaned, her nails trimmed and other skin issues removed. She was so picky with the medicine. Then later she had urinarty incontinece issues. And after that started having vestibular issues and stomach issues. Bad ones. She may be of the age where it’s just her time to go. She may have neurological issues that I just can’t afford to fix. But let me say that this vet has been with me every step of the way. I work two jobs. I’m basically all my dog has. My parents can help some but they’re too old to carry or even walk her as she’s very strong. Working with my schedule has not been easy. They’re polite, they’re attentive. They LISTEN. If I say something isn’t working, they try something else. They’re helpful. They’re caring. They’re understanding. Quite frankly they’re all absolute angels. And I feel blessed to have found them in pjs final years. They’re helping me understand what I can and can’t do to keep my dog stable and comfortable and they speak to me with respect, understanding I’m already doing all I can afford to do. These are the people you want handling your babies. I love them.

I’m new to the area and this Clinic was recommended to me – I am thrilled! The staff and the veterinarian was fantastic. My animals mean a lot to me and it is wonderful to have someplace I can trust.

Dr. Pattabhi and his entire staff have been wonderful since we transferred to PAC a couple of years ago. They are kind, fair, and honest. They have helped us through a diva puppy who is allergic to most vaccines and experienced a significant injury, taught us how to keep our pup that is prone to yeast healthy, managed the later life care and end of life grief of our two old kitties. I can't say enough good things about them.

I brought my pup in for a visit the other day due to a slight limp. I called in the morning and was able to get seen for the first time later that day. My dog got a thorough physical exam where the vet mentioned her slight cherry eyes which I was previously told didn't need to be operated on unless they bothered her. The vet seemed to have a different opinion but wasn't in a rush to schedule anything. Luckily my pup didn't need further evaluation for her leg, but the vet techs handled her very nicely and let me hold her to make her less anxious. This isn't a low cost vet practice by any means, but the cost for her vaccinations and medications seemed reasonable. I will be coming back with my baby!
