“Jan2024: 5⭐: I would recommend this location for fuel.I stopped by this location as a result of stopping in the store looking for a few items that I needed. On my way out I saw that the station had plenty of pumps available and they were easy to access with my large vehicle. I was able to get into the pumping area and out without any difficulty. There was a person in the area watching the pumps.”

She'll be friendly with anybody else as long as you are not dark skinned and goes for all dark skin races. Not a friendly vibe at all. But overall love this place and the ladies at the food court area are super sweet. Maybe they should teach that lady some customer service.”

“Our go to for cheap gas - always at least $.20 less than other stations. Lines move quickly and we like that you can pay using the scan and go feature from your phone instead of inserting your card into the machine. The gas pumps are off to the side and around towards the back of the store so you won’t be able to see them if you enter from the front of the store coming from 75 on Spring Creek toward Ave K.”
“last week, I was their and I bought cucumbers ? and burped green tomatillo.the taste was very bitter, I don't know why. I'm going to put the whole thing back because it's hard to eat. Please taste things before selling them to people. you should throw away all the cucumbers and these tomatoes. always I gave you 5 stars, but I'll give you 4 stars because of this”

Recently brand is changed to Josie’s organic baby spinach. I want to say quality and taste is not the same as before. It tastes slightly bitter. When can we expect to get previous brand back.”

“I have been using them for a few years now and I don't know why I'm just getting around to doing a review. This is by far, hands down the absolute best pharmacy I have ever used. I actually pay a little more per copay on some of my meds just to continue to use them. The level of service is beyond exceptional! Direct texting, and my pharmacists gives me personalized care. She has gone out of her way on several occasions to ensure I had my meds, even when the fault was mine and didn't refill to super late. I cannot say enough about this place and the pharmacists who is just a delight every single time!!!!!! Thank you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“07_25_24Save yourself time and just don't even consider visiting this location for any deli or bakery needs. I'm saddened to say that I have been a loyal tom thumb customer my entire adult life andoving back to plano I couldn't wait to visit my local TT after tirelessly living next to a horrible kroger in my past two years I was delighted to actually have a tom thumb so close to me. Fast forward two months of this being my neighborhood store and it's always a hassle. The starbucks baristas don't know how to make any drinks taste like the actual chain. The deli department is NEVER available in store or over the phone and lord forbid you may want to pickup a deli sandwich tray because those are so unheard of at this store that the employees that do work there can't even tell you the difference in platters or prices. Bakery would be amazing if the ladies who worked behind the counter had the opportunity to work instead of chat about their day to day lives as if the entire produce department and customers would like to know. The manager does her best to keep customers happy but her staff is consistently failing to provide customer service as descripted in the job titles. It's only 8:30am and as of now I have called the deli twice in a row for the 3rd time this week and still am unable to reach them although I'm standing in front of the deli counter watching as not one soul cares to attend to their customers. Highly disappointed in this behavior.
I'd like to come here update my review as i have recently come to understand the reason beyond the problem.
All great things are to be said about Kendal the store manager. He has gone above and beyond his way to make sure that I was tended to in the proper manner as well as checking in on the issue stated prior to the update. Mr.Kendall is the prime example of what people with customer service titles should be. He is the reason i will continue to visit this location and change my review.”

“Out of all the Kroger pharmacies I have picked up from, this one is my favorite staff wise. They are kind and the system always reminds me or tells me when my medications are ready, sadly I have transferred most medication to a Kroger closer to my new residence and am disappointed. I am never notified when my medication is ready, you would think it's the same system, and the staff is not nearly as kind or polite. I regret transferring my prescriptions.”

“As a type 1 diabetic, it is crucial that I have life-saving insulin available. At big pharmacy chains, I kept getting sent all over the metroplex, only to be told they were out of stock. I'd have to wait a week or more! Not here, they had it!!! They're super helpful!Just to add, I miscalculated, thinking I had a spare vial. I left a voicemail 20 minutes ago and they already have my large 3 month supply ready to pick up. Seriously they are Life Savers!”

“You know those times when someone unexpected simply inspires you? I'm sitting at Costco for the third time in 2 weeks to get new tires. I mentioned to my wife last week that Jesus at the tire place has a great attitude, and was very helpful. He saw me walk in to order my tires which I had priced out a week earlier and he remembered my name, the car and tire size. Guy must have had 200 customers that day. I'm not a very memorable guy. Today he spots me sitting around the food court waiting for the tires to be installed and takes the time to stop and greet me by name. Then goes on to help the next customer with that same smile and enthusiasm. So I'm inspired today because I do the same job everyday and there are those tough days. Today I'm taking a page out of Jesus's book on customer service and good attitude. Thanks Jesus - hope Costco management reads this and recognized you. Happy New Year.”
