This is the only location we trust with our dog. They offer hours of outdoor playtime and clean facilities. We also love watching the multiple cameras to check in on our dog.

I took my chihuahua in for a groom, and since I work all day, I left her for doggie day camp, too. I was so anxious about it because I’ve never taken my pup to any sort of doggie daycare/boarding, etc. Before I even dropped her off, I rated the staff highly. I called after they had closed on Sunday and left a voicemail with some questions. They called me back that night and answered my million questions. Then, when I dropped her off, the woman at the front desk was so kind and helpful. She was patient with me and my pup as I explained I was nervous. Throughout the day, I checked the cams off and on and was so happy to see how the staff were sitting with her and petting her since she was a bit anxious around the other dogs. I LOVE that they do report cards at the end of the day. And believe me, I nearly cried with relief when I saw she was good and there were no issues. They left the sweetest notes and said she was welcome back anytime. I cannot thank this team enough for how amazing they all are. I will definitely be bringing my pup back in the future!

Great place with a friendly staff and great prices! Our dog Eevee loves the other dogs and staff when she goes! They have cameras to watch your dog all day and even have events to take pictures of your dog dressed up and everything.

Pet Paradise Plano Custer is by far the best place to board your dog or send them to daycamp. There is an awesome grooming service and a great board and train program. I recommend Pet Paradise to anyone

This should have been no stars at all. Our dogs stayed there for a week and when we picked them up one of our pups was very lethargic that night. Took him to the emergency and said it looked like he had a trauma. They found blood in his left eye. Asked for videos but we only saw a video of their last day. What’s weird is they couldn’t show us a video of the grooming. Never ever going back to this place again!!!

Please be careful before leaving you dog here. Based on the online reviews we thought it would a good place for our dog. But it turned out to be really bad choice. We kept our dog for 4 days and on the 4th day when we went to pick him, he literally smelled like pee. he is a white dog but his fur became brownish yellow patched. My heart bleed when I saw him in that condition. My guess is that they abused and kept him in cage for 4 days. Most of all he started having stomach and food intolerance issues since then.

They never answer the phone. You leave a message with your phone number and issue, but never receive a call back, but my appointment request is made without me knowing. So I am unaware to take my dog for doggie daycare the next day.

I vaccinated my dog myself, as such I don’t have a veterinary record. I wrote this in my online application, and was booked an appointment. I arrived to my scheduled appointment, only to be refused entry.If you aren’t going to accept my online application, then don’t book the appointment. You wasted my time.

I have a 1 year old Jack Russell mix and when he first boarded at a different facility, he did not have a great experience. But when I boarded him at Pet Paradise Plano Custer, he had a blast! He made friends and the staff loved him! After that other experience, I was worried about boarding him, but now we have found the spot and I am very happy with Pet Paradise Plano Custer! I highly recommend them!

Went to pick up my cat today from one night boarding and a rude female employee stated "Next time she hisses at me I will call the animal control services...and good luck with that." My cat has anxiety, how dare you! Lack of compassion and completely downright RUDE AND JUDGMENTAL. First and foremost, if you do not know how to handle cats, why are you working there? Secondly, how dare you threaten me? I've been coming here for all my pet needs (including grooming for my dog) FOR OVER A YEAR. Theres dime a dozen boarding grooming services in Plano, I'll take my business elsewhere. Pet Paradise Management - TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES HOW TO BE COURTEOUS. YOU LOST A GOOD CLIENT.

I took my cat here and was nervous because the last place I took her too she came back different. Well, I can honestly say this place is awesome. It is super clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Glad I found this place.

We booked a spa day for both of our dogs. They told us the paperwork that was required so we sent everything we had from our vet and ask them if they received it and whether or not there is anything missing. Four days before the appointment they had everything and responded back that we were good to go and they would see us Friday morning. We arrive and the girl at the front desk said they had just looked at the paperwork and there was one thing missing. Needless to say after driving 45 minutes we were a little upset. We contacted the vet and were told that the dog hadn't had the booster yet because they didn't require it, however, Pet Paradise did require it. So four days after them telling us everything was fine and we were good and I drive we had to turn around and go home with our two dogs. Neither one was able to get their spa day in the plans that my family and I had made obviously had to be scrapped as well. When we sent the paperwork and asked him if everything was there, would it really have hurt for them to rather than respond that we were good to have actually looked at what was there to make sure we were? Horrible and I will never go back.
