john is one of my regulars at my coffee shop i help manage, i love seeing him every day and im so glad he was able to take care of my car! i got it serviced here after he told me about possible things that could be wrong, and told me arthur would take care of everything. arthur was incredibly kind and helpful, he was so honest with me and helped me out directly, telling me everything i needed and didnt charge me for the parts not needed. hes a huge help and so kind to his customers and animals ?????? i cant recommend them enough, i’ll definitely keep coming back in the future if my car needs repairs and recommend them to my friends!!!

John Sadri was extremely helpful! I found my car online, and was pleasantly surprised with how much more I loved it in person. They are quick to respond, they make sure to put your best interest in front of just making a sale, extremely nice, and overall impressive. We were in and out within 50 minutes which was incredible. Highly recommend Passport Motors!

I took my porsche there due to a leak in coolant. After i paid over $1500 in repairs the leak problem still was there. I went back today to talk to the manager and was told the he was not there. As i attempted to explain my concerns to the owner, i was constantly interupted and told that i should sue him. As i was leaving the manager (who supposedly was not there ) came out of his office and tried to mediate. I took my car to David's Auto in the colony and they immediately fixed the leak. It was due to a faulty water pump. They informed that Passport Motors obviously did not perform a pressure test because they found the leak within 15 minutes. Passport had my car for nearly two days, charged me $1500 and lied about conducting a pressure test. I did take the owner's advice. We are sueing for $2000 and my attorney will serve them the notice next week. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO "PASSPORT MOTORS " IN PLANO.

I flew in from Chicago to look over and drive the car I was interested in purchasing. All I can say is that I had a GREAT customer experience dealing with Passport Motors! Aleksandra, Ariana and Arthur were a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Ariana was so patient, professional, and helpful with my online purchase of a Land Rover Discovery Sport. The vehicle was delivered with lightening speed and exceeded my expectations of a previously owned vehicle. I would definitely give this dealership a 5 star rating.

Passport motor staff is big froud with me they are so me different car who has sunroof moonroof back up camera car sencer and all and thay sand me basic car the car Has no back up camera no sunroof no moonroof no sencer in there car they shipping me car with out the take any car insurance when I received my car and tell them oil pain is broken they not ans my phone I brought that car January 1/2024 still am calling them they are not ans my call I fix my car cost is 3500 dollars they are rude the manager never coming on my phone whenever I am calling and ask about the manager his never been able to talk to phone every single day am calling them they are not responding my call so now am go my attorney and take legal action so be aware before buy car here

Update: The owner is not honest, I purchased the vehicle at the end of March (see paperwork), I have emails where you had to keep rescheduling the repairs. How does equate to 6 months if we are now just in May?

My recent experience with Passport Motor Company has been nothing short of a nightmare, a circus of incompetence and deception that would be comical if it weren't so infuriating.
Let's start with the vehicle I purchased, shall we? Upon delivery, I noticed a glaring dent on the side. "No worries," they assured me, "we'll fix it right up." Little did I know, that was the beginning of a saga that would test my patience and sanity.
Weeks passed, and still, no resolution. Every time I called, Ariana, the receptionist, fumbled through disorganized paperwork and mumbled apologies about being understaffed. It's a wonder she even remembered her own name, let alone anything about my case. And when she did speak, it was clear she was drowning in the chaos of her own making.
But the icing on the cake? When they finally got around to fixing the original dent, they managed to add insult to injury by denting another side of the vehicle. Unbelievable, right? But wait, it gets better.
Enter the owner, the supposed pinnacle of professionalism. Instead of owning up to the mistake, he had the audacity to deny any wrongdoing, spinning a web of lies so tangled even a seasoned detective would struggle to unravel it. His lack of accountability and transparency is matched only by his sheer incompetence.
And let's not forget about the paperwork debacle. Ariana, bless her disorganized soul, managed to misplace my documents not once, but multiple times. As a result, I was left without proper registration for weeks, forced to navigate the streets with expired tags like some sort of vehicular fugitive.
In conclusion, if you value your sanity, your time, and your hard-earned money, steer clear of Passport Motor Company. Their customer service is a joke, their staff is in over their heads, and their owner is the poster child for unprofessionalism. Save yourself the headache and run in the opposite direction. Rosy and the staff were extremely professional with me! I love my BMW that I purchased from Passport Motors. Arthur and Rosy allowed me to bring my own mechanic to inspect the car. They were completely transparent and it showed when the BMW I bought was inspected. I got a great interest rate on my loan as well! I’m very happy with my purchase and will definitely be sending my friends and family to buy from them in the future.

I thought I was getting the car of my dreams, WRONG it’s really the car in my night mares, I’ve save up so much just for a lot to go completely wrong, with the first day of me going to go pick up the car ( 2019 genesis G70 advanced) I was thrilled with excitement I was actually about to get one of my dream cars,1 hrs driving around in the vehicle and the oil check light turns on, weird right? I brush it off and take the vehicle into Valvoline to check, they say I don’t need a pile change , I proceed to continue to drive as I was in the process of moving from Texas to Wisconsin,not even 6 hrs later as I’m traveling thru Okalahoma, I am unable to accelerate past the speed of 60 MPH, the following 10 mins later the vehicle starts smoking and puts it’s self into neutral, with cars speeding around I was able to get to the side and luckily to even a gas station where the vehicle officially refuses to function , dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree, I contact passport motors to let them know everything that has happen, they could carless about me being a young person in the middle of know where, to which I contacted genesis and explained the whole situation, resulting in me not having a vehicle all over again, once, so when purchasing with this company BE VERY MINDFUL, they state that they have third party people to check the vehicle for any issues if one is questionable about the state of a vehicle but if that was the case why isn’t it dint before hand, why is it somthing that need to be requested????
