Both of our children have attended Parker-Chase since they were 6 months old. We love the care Ms.Sue and Ms.Tresier take to acclimate our infants to their new environment. The infant room is set up perfectly to ensure proper monitoring while allowing room to grow and learn new motor skills. Both teachers have had a positive impact on our experience at the school and remain one of the main reasons we continue to attend. Our oldest child is now in middle preschool and loves attending class with Ms.Hannah and Ms.Pooja. We are kept consistently updated through pictures on the Procare app about the activities and hands-on learning our child receives. The attention and dedication the teachers show our child confirms that we are making the right investment in our child’s future. Together with the staff at Parker-Chase our kids are always put first. The best perks of the school is the on-site Chef who prepares balanced and nutritious meals for everyone to enjoy. The school assists us in our mission to ensure quality foods are a staple in our children’s diet. No matter how busy our household becomes, we know we can count on Parker-Chase and Chef Reesa to ensure our kids are well nourished and any allergies are taken seriously.Lastly, the administration currently in place has done a great job promoting the well-being of our kids and have gone to great lengths to ensure the proper protocol is in place from curriculum to safety. They regularly communicate with our family and listen to our needs, wants and concerns. They have built a solid foundation of trust which can be seen throughout the school. All in all, Parker-Chase has been a great experience for our family and has provided a unique, hands-on experience that is unmatched elsewhere.

As the new School Leader, my priority has been to create an atmosphere where children, families, and staff feel at home! I value the collaboration with families as we partner for the care and education of your child…and communication is key! I live right here in the neighborhood and take pride in our program as an extension of our community! We want children to have fun while gaining skills to eventually prepare for school! It’s a privilege to come to work where I see the happy faces of the children and staff!

As a father, this school provides an amazing learning experience for children of any age. I can rest easy knowing that Kylee and Carol along with the teachers, have my child’s best interests in mind. This school provides a SAFE and SECURE environment for any child and their family. You can tell all the staff members love and care about the wellbeing of my little boy.

Toured this school recently, and the new director is amazing. She was so sweet and made us feel at ease. Highly recommend!

Great teachers, they really care about the kids. Mostly love that kids get home cooked meals every day.

Super supportive and kind staff! There is constant communication and I appreciate the hospitality every time we walk through the door . I love how school leadership takes the time to learn everyone's name and get to know them on a personal level , kids and parents included .

Not sure where to start on this review. We joined the school a little shy of two years ago and were fairly happy with the care our son received. We got daily updates, when walking in we would be greeted and we were happy with the curriculum provided. Then at the end of last year the director we knew and liked left, and a new director was put in place soon after. We had hopes that with new leadership, the school would stay the same safe place for our son. This is where it starts getting frustrating. With the current leadership in place, there was absolutely no structure or communication. To us it was extremely dissatisfying to never know who would be teaching that day, if the teachers were even still there, and if we would even get to hear about any of the changes made. At first we thought it may be the pains of changing directors, but after speaking to the director in passing one afternoon about some concerns, we quickly decided that it wouldn’t be changing in a positive way. There was absolutely no responsibility taken for any of the issues and it was noticeable that no changes would be made in the near future. Sadly we won’t be recommending the school to anyone.

After having been at Parker-Chase for almost a year and a half, we decided to find another school for our daughter. When we started it was all great, solid teachers, good variety of meals and lots of daily communication. Last December, when leadership at the school changed, we noticed things going down hill. We wanted to see if it was a period of adjustment, but couldn’t stay. We noticed there was absolutely no communication to the parents and updates throughout the day were almost non existent. It was shocking to find that most days, we didn’t know which teacher would be taking care of our child. After having addressed these concerns with higher management, there was absolutely no change and it even seemed to get worse. We were told that certain teachers had been let go because of violations. This was the last straw for us and we decided to leave.

If you had asked me last year when we began in March 2022, I would have rated this school a 5, but there has been quite a lot that has changed in the past few months with the introduction of a new School Leader (Preschool Director). It was hard to determine if the changes were part of growing pains or a decline in the quality of the school. In the end, we decided that for ourselves it was a significant decline with no hope for improvement. Most all of the teachers of color were edged out and the professionalism and communication nonexistent. Children were grouped together across several age ranges like cattle and many changes were made to the classroom, schedule, and/or routine, without notifiying parents. When asking about the changes and what we can expect for stability, the answers received were unapologetic and unrelated to the questions asked. I am not against change and would acknowledge that many of the changes made could have been considered positive. However, change without communication is not acceptable. If you are searching for a new preschool I would recommend looking elsewhere. The cost of the program in relation to the negative quality received will be disappointing.

When signing up our daughter a little over a year ago we were excited to have found a great school for her. However at the end 2022, the director left and the new director went in a direction that created confusion and distress. We decided a month ago to take our kids and find another school. It was fairly disappointing to hear a so called professional speak so poorly of the teachers that took care of our daughter for the time she was there. It was also concerning that there was no stability in who the teachers were and where our daughter would be at a certain time of day. I would in no way recommend the school under this leadership.

When we enrolled our daughter in 2021 we were so excited to join the Parker Chase family. We chose this preschool over others because of it’s NAEYC accreditation. Unfortunately, our last few months at Parker Chase were absolutely appalling. Staff turnover was constant and MULTIPLE teachers who had been at the school for many years decided to leave as well. Communication was extremely poor. When a teacher would quit/be separated from my child’s class, I only heard through other parents. No formal communication from the school or its leadership. Updates in my daughter’s ProCare app were almost nonexistent. Another parent and I attempted to partner with the Endeavor School’s senior leadership to raise our concerns and understand what the go forward plan was for our kid’s classroom. When asked, there didn’t seem to be any type of long-term plan. We decided at the beginning of this month to withdraw our daughter and enroll her in another preschool. At least 6 families have also followed suit. I can’t imagine they keep their NAEYC accreditation.

Sadly, I cannot recommend Parker-Chase. We started at PC in 2019, with my oldest child. He had 3 wonderful years there, until he graduated to Kinder - amazing NAEYC teachers, engaged parent/teacher community, low class ratios, etc. We enrolled my youngest child, eventually, also, and experienced the same for him in the beginning. However, the last few months of his time there were awful, and last month, we left the school we had cherished so much.New leadership took over and the problems wouldn't stop - my son's teachers parted/were terminated, but no communication was given to the parents, even at several parents' requests. The little bit of communication received was ineffective, usually incoherent. Our son's class was left with no teachers, so the children were displaced…combined with a 2-year old class, creating a huge student/teacher ratio and not allowing them to learn at their age-appropriate potential. Honestly, it was like walking into mayhem everyday - I never knew who was going to be his teacher that day. All the amazing teachers we loved are gone, and I don't believe there are any NAEYC-trained teachers left. It's really heartbreaking to see what the school has become.
