Sean Afrouzi was great to work with. He was super helpful before even arriving the day to buy the car with making sure everything on the title was correct. Additionally, he was great to work with on the day of purchasing the vehicle. Felt no pressure to buy antrhung extra and explained everything in great detail. Look forward to buying another Lexus from him in the future.

I had John Baltzer as my service tech and he did a phenomenal job in arranging my service experience. He was kind, courteous, and made sure I was taken care of as the customer. I have a busy work schedule and he worked around my schedule to get me a loaner car and worked with me at closing time everyday I came to the dealer. He is awesome!

If I could give a rating of negative 5,000 stars, I would. My husband took our Lexus RX350 to PPL due to concerns about overheating. Documented though paperwork and text messages.
Several hours later, we received a text message stating that the car had been repaired, the oil changed, and that it was safe to drive. However, after driving for approximately 15 minutes, the car overheated again, resulting in a cracked radiator and the need for a complete engine replacement.
When we brought these issues to the attention of the service manager, Brian Martin, and the general manager, Chris Brunner, they admitted that the radiator had never even been inspected. This was particularly alarming as we had paid for a $249 inspection, in addition to an oil change. Rather than addressing the oversight, they shifted blame onto us, claiming that because I’m a woman, I may not understand that an oil change doesn’t include a radiator inspection—even though we had specifically paid for a thorough inspection along with the oil change.
Ultimately, we had to replace the entire engine at our own expense. Despite sending a letter through our attorney, we received no refund or response.
After much consideration, we chose not to pursue small claims court due to the demands of caring for our five children and our need for a reliable vehicle.
Based on this experience, I would never recommend taking your vehicle to PPL.

This was by far the easiest car buying experience ever!!! Dorothy Robinson, my Sales Experience Manager, was amazing! Her knowledge and expertise made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Park Place Lexus!
