Doesn’t exist. There’s no suite 105. Only 106 and 108.

I was at this location to drop off the U-haul truck around 9 AM Oct 4th, there was only one lady and she was extremely rude and aggressive for absolutely no reason! Would not recommend this location to anyone.
Here is the name: Amir T
You know exactly what i’m talking about. Instead of playing game with your customers get your shit together and teach your staff how to be respectful and not being rude!

Could you kindly reconsider continuing business with this establishment? I had an unpleasant experience with an employee there. She was not very helpful and seemed quite rude. I had eight pages of a single document notarized with eight signature stamps for each page, and the total came to $80.00. So I politely inquired about the pricing, and she stated it's $10 per stamp. I have received notary services elsewhere where the cost for a signature stamp is $10 for the first stamp and $1 per additional stamp if it's the same document. She continued to disagree with me about the pricing, so I quickly did a Google search and got onto the NNA website along with the Secretary of State website and showed her the notary information for the state of Texas. This business does not adhere to the state's policies and pricing. I was also going to have the documents shipped but after being overcharged for notary services, I decided against having this business ship anything for me. I can only imagine what they charge for shipping. Please be cautious as this business seems to be engaging in questionable practices. After reading the negative reviews and the owner's responses, it appears that the owner is quite responsive in addressing concerns. However, it does raise questions about the authenticity of some of the 5-star reviews. There seems to be some discrepancy in the information provided by the owner on multiple reviews. Despite reaching out to the National Notary Association directly, I was informed that this business is overcharging for notary services. Consequently, I have filed a complaint with the Secretary of State. If you have used any notary services here, I advise you to contact the Secretary of State and submit a written complaint, accompanied by supporting evidence of your allegations. Additionally, you may request a copy of the notary documents that are required to be maintained in their notary books.
(Added after the owner responded to my review)
Yes, I was fully aware of the subject matter I was discussing. No, your pricing practices do not align with your stated rates. Your company has consistently charged $10.00 per stamp. A signature and stamp are one and the same; you must stamp the document and sign and date next to the stamp.
If you are going to charge a fee, the law requires you to keep the fee schedule posted at all times in a prominent location where your notary clients can easily see it.
You have clearly mentioned that the fees are not displayed where clients can view them at all times. If a client wishes to see the fees, they must request to do so.
May I suggest you take some time to learn how notaries operate and familiarize yourself with our established policies and procedures.
Of course you're not going to find Wallace in your notary books because Wallace is my Alias ?️♂️ #SecretIdentity #AliasLife
Additionally, you mentioned that if I presented receipts, supporting documentation, and my identification that corresponds with the information in your notary log, and demonstrated that you have been charging clients incorrectly, you would issue a refund despite the "no refunds" policy stated on the receipt. Could this be interpreted as an admission of liability?

I recently used Parcel Post Plano to ship some items, which unfortunately were damaged during shipment by UPS. I had purchased insurance as a precaution against such an occurrence. Despite our efforts, UPS gave us the runaround for months, making the claims process frustrating and lengthy.
Throughout this ordeal, the owner of Parcel Post Plano went above and beyond to expedite the process, even though it was to no avail. Demonstrating exceptional customer care, the owner ultimately paid the value amount of the items damaged per the insurance policy. This noble act brought an end to a process that felt never-ending and highlighted the company's dedication to its customers.
If you are in Plano, TX, or the surrounding areas, I highly encourage you to use Parcel Post Plano. They genuinely care about their customers and provide top-notch service.

If anything goes wrong you’re out of a refund. The short lady in the front with an accent is rude when it comes to accountability. This store is convenient when it works. Otherwise you have a no refund & uninterested business to address complaints. Overpricing is fine when it’s worth it. This business is NOT worth it. In the end these reviews are for the clients not for them. I can literally imagine them laughing at reviews. Save your money.

Closes 10 mins early regularly. Update your hours to reflect your actual hours that you’re open!
Edited: I arrived at parcel post at 5:48. I attempted to open the door and the gates separating the mailboxes from the counter was already down. I arrived at the same time as a fedex worker. We could both see an employee working, a young man. He seen me and continued to work so I went back to my car. The fedex driver knocked on the window so he came and unlocked the door for the fedex driver and took whatever was in his hand and then relocked it. I don’t know what inkwell is but this location I’m reviewing definitely closed early and has before. I’m only leaving a review now because of the multiple instances and specifically last night was well early. Just change the hours to 5:45 so customers don’t waste their time. Other than that your workers are always friendly

I wish I could see reviews before I dropped my package. This is my first time and also my last time to use this location.

The woman in the store was not qualified to have this position. She even did not want to give me receipt when I dropped the package. Now one day passed, I did not see updated information on my package. I tried to contact the store but she told me nothing she can help. It is my first time to drop the package in this location. I'm very regret why I chose this location.
