I’ve been with Pack and Mail for over 10 years, and I have to say that Ms. Janie and her team are fantastic. For the past five years, while working in and out of town, they’ve always kept me informed of any important mail. Just recently, I was away and expecting an important piece of mail. They went out of their way to check my mailbox and held the mail so my daughter could pick it up. I’m so grateful to have found a personal mailbox service with such caring and professional staff.

I missed my appointment at DPS because I came to print my documents, the email "never" arrived or maybe they never wanted to print them. I waited 20 minutes and the hateful woman just told me to go wait at the main door. Terrible service.

(Updated after response) Thank you for taking time to review the video. Maybe you didn't review it enough. I was never impolite, I have only pointed out the wrongs and shown frustration about wasting my time and mishandling my confidential documents.
I have given 10 documents individually and requested scanning. The assistant has removed the staple pins and combined everything. When i saw my mail with all the documents together, I called and explained that i needed the documents separately. Even after that my request was not full filled. Nobody has to read my mind, they just need to listen to my voice. Also it's a basic knowledge to scan the individual documents separately. On top of that the assistant has taken hard copy printouts of my documents without my permission, when i have only asked for scanning of the documents. They didn't even shred my confidential documents properly. When none of my requests were taken care properly nor professionally why will i pay money?
Are you really asking me to pay an adobe subscription to split the documents when i am already paying you money for scanning my documents? It may not be a big deal to you, but everybody won't be so fortunate to have everything like laptops and subscriptions.
It's funny to hear that i am not welcome to any of your stores? I have written this review, only for this store and you have no right to talk about other stores as you don't represent them.
Worst experience, the staff doesn't know how to do scanning and they mixed up my documents order And caused a lot of mess, ultimately wasting my time. The funny thing is they scanned many different documents into one file and sent it to me. Who in the right mind mixes different unrelated documents into one pdf file and shares.

97c stamp cost 2.66. Outrageous to be almost 3x the price for simple stamps. Convenient and friendly.

Had an AWESOME first-time experience today for notary services. Mary was super helpful and made it happen! Top notch service and also bought holiday cards and local chocolate! Highly recommend!

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and it was a way better experience than having to go to the post office to ship out the items I needed to for work. Good music playing too, which was helpful while I waited.

This was the latest open brick and mortar notary I could find in the area (until 7pm). The lady working was very quick, kind, and the shop has adorable gifts and goodies.
