I highly recommend this store because of Jesse who works here. He provided exceptional customer service. He helped me locate what I needed informed me of the differences and what was cost effective. He was so knowledgeable and kind and even installed my windshield wioers. He even took the old ones and boxes of the new ones away.Jess3 is incredible and I am now a customer for life! Thank you Jesse so happy to have met you and I really appreciated your kindness.

Zero stars. Why is this location closed at 7:25 PM just got off the phone with two separate locations from Parker and Custer and they said that they have had a lot of problems with the park and Custer O’Reilly’s closing way too early! ????

The young man who helped me was SO sweet in assisting me in choosing the right product to buy, and didn't mind when I made a change to another brand at the last minute. He installed the wiper blades I purchased quickly, and I was on my way. Five-star star customer service! Thank you.

Opened an account so they could ship an urgent order same day. Showed to pick up the part and it wasn’t there. If they can’t get shipping right, they won’t get part numbers right either. If you want to be disappointed, please visit any location.

TERRIBLE LADY MANAGER !!!! Came in and bought a battery because my battery had died in parking lot . After 7 min of returning to return my battery since I found my jump starters I jump start my car and I go into store to return battery and they tell me “ Sorry we can’t return it since it’s been used “. Like ??? Literally bought the battery 7 min ago still in NEW condition . She should be fired, she has had bad consistent reviews on her !!. TERRIBLE and WORSE SERVICE EVER !!!! Do not go here !! You’d be better off at AUTOZONE
