Went there today to have turn signal light replaced - the young man who helped me went above and beyond and replaced the bulb for me - service was much better than AutoZone services. Wish I could remember his name.

I have had an account for over 9 years I went to get back my brakes and rotors which I have a lifetime warranty on the lady tells me people have been stealing from accounts and nothing shows in the system it had only been one year since I had bought them they wanted to me to buy new ones and acted as if I don’t know my business when I have owned a mechanic shop for 6 years

This is actually crazy but why not. I went in to get oil and filters for my car and the guy helping us was super nice. We ended up having to go back in later that same day to get more oil and the same guy (the receipts say Ryan) helped us again. If by some crazy chance you see this Ryan, I thought you were cute and just wanted to shoot my shot.

Exceptional service from Chris in looking for a headlight replacement. He explained and pointed out visually the difference between my car's style of lamp vs others, and he was very thorough and helpful without talking down to me at all. My husband and I will use this shop exclusively for parts. Well done.

Chris, the store manager, and his co-worker, Brian, went above and beyond what most stores would do for a customer. Chris spent a considerable amount of time on the phone trying to help me. When I finally got to the store, he again went beyond what was explained. He replaced an out of warranty battery for me because he wanted to make sure I was safe and comfortable. I highly recommend this store!!

I highly recommend this store because of Jesse who works here. He provided exceptional customer service. He helped me locate what I needed informed me of the differences and what was cost effective. He was so knowledgeable and kind and even installed my windshield wioers. He even took the old ones and boxes of the new ones away.Jess3 is incredible and I am now a customer for life! Thank you Jesse so happy to have met you and I really appreciated your kindness.

Zero stars. Why is this location closed at 7:25 PM just got off the phone with two separate locations from Parker and Custer and they said that they have had a lot of problems with the park and Custer O’Reilly’s closing way too early! ????
