Amazing gym!!!!! If you want to get motivated, get in shape without getting hurt, become an athlete not just a gym goer, this is the place to go. Al and the other coaches are teaching you proper form and technique so you are not always depended on a gym- they are handing you the tools and the confidence to fly solo in your training journey if that is what you want. I highly recommend this gym !!!

I love love love this gym!!! I have been coming here for 4 years and I cannot see myself ever attending another gym. Al is amazing , extremely detailed and focused on your wellbeing and progress, he makes sure you get motivated and you get results!!!!!! You will be sore, you will hurt, you will curse, cry, yell, laugh and leave feeling stronger each day and with a sense of accomplishment that not even medication can buy :)).
