the store is good and all but the manager Devon is very rude and unprofessional. I went to go ask a question and he gave me so much attitude and was very rude about it. People can talk to him nice but he will still be rude for no reason. He needs to be fired immediately.

I BOTHERED a sales associate by asking her to help me find a sweatshirt that is on a mannequin in the store. I helped her learn what her job is by asking her to see if that have at another store or something , anything, to help me buy their product.But no they don't have it. They only have the on one the mannequin that that won't sell.Ridicutards, with attitude!

This is the dirtiest most disgusting old navy ive ever been in. It got better a few months but I just went in and it’s SO DIRTY and trash and clothing is all over the floor. The fitting rooms are super dirty and let’s not talk about the rest room. How are they even open?!

GM is rude at least I hope she was the GM and not just saying she was. I witnessed her talking down to the young lady in the fitting room. When I told her it was not only unprofessional but just demeaning to talk to anyone one like that bit more so in front of customers I put my things back and left. Such an off putting situation. Do better

I don't know what it is... but I love Old Navy. Since high school, I've always been a fan...but now that I have a daughter, it is so easy to shop for all her clothes and accessories. She never has any complaints because daddy knows what she likes.

I walked in and within 4 minutes found exactly what I was looking for. I also checked two stores that were down the way from this one and the staff and those stores ignored me. The folks at Old Navy took care of me and made sure I had what I needed.

Don't go if you plan on buying a lot... they got rid of carts in favor of dirty carry bags. Not ideal when you need two hands to browse the clothes but have to carry around everything in your arms. Can't leave your jacket in the cart. Have to bring everything into the fitting room with you. Makes no sense. No longer doing my annual clothes shopping spree where I buy a lot and spend $400-600 here.

I was returning some items and got turned away from the Prosper Old Navy by the manager and was told that it’s pass the 30 days, which I missed by 1 day. Anyhow, I called the Plano store and Rachel was so nice and told me if I can make it in, they can see what they can do. I walked it and was greeted by a nice young lady and then Laura helped me. I explained the situation and she was very nice about it and started doing the return. Then Oscar came by and finished the transaction because it was starting to get busy. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH Plano staff for the AWESOME & SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE???????? I hope Prosper can learn a thing or two from your store:)

I've been here a few times, and everyone has always been so helpful. The lady at the cash register voluntarily offered to help me search for a different size in the system for a low-stock item. The store was neat and organized. The only downside is that it seemed like some of clothing in the undergarments/athletics section had dust streaks on them.

This store has had it's ups and downs and I have never written a review before, but the dismissive treatment I got today, earned this review. I am a single parent. I placed a large order online for back to school clothing. Most of it was shipped to my home directly. It was damaged and 2 items stolen, but the issue I'm reviewing is one directly handled by this store. Out of my 27 items only one was ordered for pick up. I received one text saying it was ready. I waited to receive my other items before picking this specific one up for my daughter. They returned the item and cancelled the order and when I called to follow up I was told there was nothing I could do about it except try to reorder the same item and not have it price matched. I have been a loyal ON client for years. Y'all can do better. This was a simple customer care issue and it was failed to be treated appropriately.

Terrible service. Rude and lazy. I had asked them to cancel my mobile order because out of the 3 items I placed, they only had one available. She said I had to go to the store to pick it up and return it. I had something similar happened to me at the park lane location and they did it right away. I called back to let them know if they could just do it and explained the other location did it. She put me on hold and had someone else do it. She was probably annoyed by me but I didn’t want to make a whole drive for just one of the items they had available. The process only took the other girl about 2 minutes.
