I had 2 large posters printed last Monday and they were awesome! I also bought office supplies, Sara was on the register. She was professional, engaging, knowledgeable and SHARP! She treated like a VIP.

Was not a good experience at the Plano TX location. I went to the counter for assistance and was redirected to self service. Ok, no problem! Self service was not sufficient and I needed assistance but no one came to my aide after visibly seeing I was having issues. I gave up and walked out but before leaving I ask a Team member for assistance and she told me she couldn’t help me. Absolutely fine. I left the store and that was that.
I WILL NEVER visit the location in Plano, TX again. 3 visible staff members and no one could assist me with printing 2 sheets of paper. WOW! 😳

Ordered two 24x36 signs and the sign was applied to the foam board crooked. Just a really sloppy and careless job. Then they weren’t willing to make it right. They offered to cut the sign which would have made it uneven.🧐 No refund offered or reprint. Not even a discount in case I wanted to reorder it. Now I have two crappy signs that I have to replace by paying someone else.

This is without a doubt the worse printing job I have ever received from anyone. To begin with I ordered a 5x7 final size in an 80lb paper. When I picked up I was surprised to find that yes the print job was 5x7 but the paper size was 8.5x11! When I tried to explain to the lady at the counter that I did not order that size I was told that they would have to charge me $40more to cut the paper. Finally she realized they made a mistake so she told me cutting was free. Well the cutting is horrible, some have an either border at the bottom, some on top, some either side left or right. Horrible! To make things worse I was told that the paper was text paper, not what I had ordered, I ordered 80lb glossy, I certainly did not receive that. What am I supposed to do with this????? It looks unprofessional and cheap made, not what I wanted to use to advertised my art show. Never again I will use any printing service from Office Depot.

I had left five stars because the gentleman in the printing area helped me and went above and beyond to make sure that what I printed was useful for the tasks that it was meant. However today I went in to give him double the business because I was so impressed and the woman I spoke to you in the store was absolutely awful all she could tell me is how no one's supposed to help me everything needs to be done through the website... When you take the people out of commerce, you may as well automate everything give over to AI what makes me so sad is that when that does happen it'll be gentleman like the man in the print shop and not this want to be manager if she was a manager she sure as hell doesn't prioritize sells. Y'all lost $50 at least in sales today and probably hundreds and hundreds because I had planned on exclusively printing my product books with you at the two of three to five a month. It makes me even sad knowing that stores like this are going out of business everywhere and yet this is the attitude when someone tries to bring you repeat business

Exceptional Service at OfficeMax Store #120
I am writing to commend the outstanding service I received at OfficeMax Store #120 in Plano, Texas on July 25th, 2024. I arrived around 7:40 PM to send some important letters, and I was assisted by **Linda**, **Manish**, and **Sam**.
**Linda**, one of the managers, went above and beyond to help me locate the necessary envelopes and ensured that all my letters were properly prepared for mailing. Despite it being close to closing time, she stayed late to assist me and resolved all my issues efficiently. Her patience, dedication, and exceptional customer service were truly commendable.
**Manish**, who was also assisting, displayed excellent teamwork and communication with Linda. He was supportive throughout the process and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Their partnership and professionalism were evident and greatly appreciated.
**Sam**, the associate working the cashier side, provided great service as well. His efforts contributed significantly to the positive experience I had at the store.
I highly recommend that **Linda**, **Manish**, and **Sam** receive recognition and possibly a raise of 7-10% for their exceptional service and dedication. They have demonstrated a high level of customer care and professionalism that reflects positively on OfficeMax.
