Zero Stars for Office Depot 5 Stars for Fred!
My experience was horrific with Office Depot until I went to the Plano store (Office Supplies in Plano, TX | Office Depot #138,)
I bought a Dell computer online same day delivery. It came on time and worked perfectly for about a week. Then it would not power up.
I went to 2 locations to get help with return or exchange and received no help what so ever. After going online and seeing the return policy which clearly states that I should be able to get a refund. I proceeded to try a 3rd store....Office Supplies in Plano, TX | Office Depot #138, where I met Fred a wonderful & caring employee. He took the computer to the tech desk and diagnosed the problem. He swiftly gave me a refund which I received today.

Worst experience ever! Came into the store and ordered scanner and paid in store. System showed 1 week delivery. After the week, email stated 6 weeks later. Went to store for refund on Saturday and was told I had to wait till Monday when c/s was available to cancel order in system. Here on Monday and still can’t get my refund “supposedly” still processing In system.
