Gloria, Gloria, Gloria... what can I say??? She is beyond AWESOME!!! Her customer service skills are top notch!! She is super knowledgeable of everything and genuinely shows concern for your needs. She's always smiling when I visit this location. I wish she worked at the office depot closer to me. It seems as though the rest of the employees catches her continual good vibe and ride the wave with her. They have a great employee with Gloria!! The other staff members seem kool too.

Office depot was the only place we found our items. We not only had the nicest gentleman help us, he also found us the best prices The cashier was very friendly also. It was a very nice experience.

Horrible experience. Bought an item on line get to store to pick it up and they have 7 in stock and tell me they don’t and the ones they have are for someone else. They’re for someone else but I have a confirmed order and was charged for the items. It was confusing and I learned I can not trust this store or employees.

Loreal from the Office Depot in East Plano Texas off of 75 is a PHENOMENAL employee and her talent should not be overlooked. She completely corrected a huge print job a previous employee ruined for us and she exceeded my expectations as to how the re-do would turn out! I would like to thank her immensely and ask Office Depot to recognize her in any efforts they can!The printed and cut the photos in gloss cardstock and they printed and cut the vellum paper I provided.Some employees are not as savvy. As I mentioned, Loreal had to correct a job that was terribly done.
