“I absolutely love this place they have everything I'm looking for when it comes to running my business The representatives are always professional and nice and willing to help load product on your truck and if they don't have it they'll make sure they get it and with the inflation going on they still have very good competitive pricing I will be a lifetime member when it comes to site one. This was the best decision I ever made shopping at site one. They are by far extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the different products they offer if you're a small business owner I'd highly recommend you visit this place if you are in the pesticide field or irrigation field.”
“My mom and I decided to redo the backyard and wanted to have Calloway's come out give us a design and quote because we know they do great work and the plants are guaranteed. This interaction started off rocky to say the least. My mom gave them a firm budget and the first person we saw sent her images that she fell in love with and then the quote...that was double the budget. My mom was honestly crushed. They said they would send out someone else, that person called 5 minutes before the scheduled time to say she couldn't come out because it was raining and she wasn't allowed to. It wasn't raining and she lied. At this point we were over it. She called Anthony, his ability to listen and understand the frustration got my mom to agree to let one more person come out. If it didn't work out we were going to request a refund...
Anthony sent us Emily P. She's unbelievably professional and kind. She came out on time and listened patiently as my mom aired her grievances. She walked the yard, took new pictures and said she'd come back with another person to take measurements and get us the most accurate quote possible while also lowering it. She has followed through thoroughly, professionally and in a timely manner on every communication. Today she showed us the new concept. Due to the work we want done it was still slightly over budget but she took the time to explain the itemized breakdown and options to help lower it. I know this is a lengthy review but I think when someone does their job really well they deserve recognition and she has done an amazing job so far. She saved the day and my mom and I went from extremely frustrated to excited to be working with Calloway's again. Thank you Emily and Anthony!”
“Went to this nursery yesterday for the first time and felt like plant lover’s paradise! They have very good selections of rare plants , overall they have wide varieties to choose from , honestly I was so stupid to buy from mainstream stores like Home Depot , Lowe’s etc till now . Price is reasonable too. I would recommend this nursery to everyone .”

“we just moved in to Prosper, TX from Illinois and had bought a Husky Tool chest online and had it delivered. However the chest had a problem wherein the upper chest was locked while the keys were still inside the chest!! Per one of our friend's suggestion we took it to the Plano location and oh boy! those guys were so helpful! There was this tall middle-aged guy who tried all possible means to get the chest opened (hardware, their repository of keys etc. etc. for almost half an hour). When nothing worked, he asked the cashier guy (Avik I think) to check if they have a similar one. they had one display one and they gladly exchanged it for the one we had!!! They could have easily drove us away and could have just returned the whole thing but we were so pleased with the amount of urgency and diligence they showed!!! 5 star guys...keep it up!”
