I drove a long way from Indiana to Plano and my car showed a warning sign about tires. So I brought my car to the store at late Sunday afternoon. The workers in the store are very friendly and professional. They made diagnosis and fixed my car on their busy schedules and put the customs’ safety as the priority. I was very satisfied with their serves and recommend strongly NTB-National Tire & Battery!

Jackie was fantastic. Welcomed me and got my flat tire fixed tout de suite! I was on my way to a grad party when the tire blew out. Thanks to Miguel's quick work, I made it to the celebration on time! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I was in town and my low tire pressure light came on - it was Sunday afternoon and raining. Jackie and Miguel were awesome!
She took a quick look at all tires and found a small nail or screw. Asked if I had time to wait - they were able to patch it quickly and get me back on the road! Much appreciated!!!

Awesome customer service and quick work. Store manager Jackie and her staff were excellent with their knowledge of what I needed. They made sure I got exactly what I needed that fit what I was wanting as well. Store is very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back.
