I had a very unpleasant experience at a different location nearby and stopped by here with no appointment. As a frequent customer of Tire Kingdom/NTB I can say that Diego (who was at the front desk) was one of the kindest associates I've spoken with. From the greeting he gave me when I entered to his explanation of things he noticed with my tires, his level of professionalism and amazing customer service was much appreciated!

Pretty good service. 4 new tires, shocks, and a couple of other things done in only a couple of hours for what feels like a pretty reasonable price.

I had a near flat tire and they were able to get me in right away. William was the tech on duty and he did a superb job with finding a nail on the tire and patching up the tire on the house. I would definitely recommend this location. Everyone was kind and professional.

Thank you so much for your excellent customer service! Everyone is always so nice and helpful here! They have other services besides tires and batteries as well. They were professional and had great prices. Friendly and helpful. They told me it would take 1.5 hours to replace two tires, but were able to do it in 45 minutes. I will definitely be back again.

I cannot say enough about this service store! Rylan came to greet me at my car and kindly led me inside! I was treated with respect and kindness. The car technician was able to patch my tire quickly. Nolan even fixed my back break pads with quickness and ease. I will drive out of my way to return to this specific, very clean store!

Wow! This place is phenomenal. I get regular oil changes here and I’ve never been disappointed! Diego was a great help in steering me into the right direction and understanding which oil is best and optimal for my car!! You guys have to come to this location for their quality of care and efficiency!

This place wanted me to drive to them (with my flat tire) to put down a deposit for tires before they would order them to be in stalled days later! lol I just went to Discount Tire nearby. They are way more professional and cheaper!

Bought a 4 tires for my sons car back in October of 2022. purchased the road hazard @ 45$ per tire. fast forward to a week ago where my son told me one of his tires has a slow leak. He took the car back to the location and they said that the tire is not repairable and we will need a new tire. No issues there stuff like that happens. First problem was they have charged my card on file for tire deposit (to order a new one) without ever contacting me or calling me. My son was not asked permission either.
i saw the charge on the card and i called the location immediately and they did confirm that they did charge my card... ok whatever not to big of a deal at the time as i need the tire anyway and the person on the other line said it will be reimbursed once the tire is there. May 26th 2024 i was called and i was told tire is in the shop and they are ready to replace it.
my son took his car and had it replaced but only to be billed 287$ for the tire. I did buy road hazard warranty so i was puzzled why so much . The following is from NTB website: "During the first twelve (12) months after the registration date, or the first twelve thousand (12,000) miles after the installation of the Eligible Tire(s), whichever comes first, You are covered for one hundred percent (100%) of the reasonable cost of the replacement tire(s). Subsequently, You are covered for the prorated cost of the replacement tire. The prorated amount will be determined based on the remaining useful tread depth of the damaged tire (down to 2/32)".
Also for clarity there was 49662 miles on the vehicle when i bought the tires and 61573 miles on the vehicle now so I'm 89 miles below their guidelines on wear and tear. i do understand that age of the tire is an issue and i should not get the a brand new tire for free.
but they are telling me i owe 287$ +25$ deposit for a tire that 307$ +tax on their website. so basically they are covering tax cost for that tire. I offered the employee in store to refund my road hazard warranty costs (180$) and i will pay the difference for the tire which he refused after talking to the manager.
They removed the new tire and placed the old tire on which is now completely unusable as they have balanced the rim to the new tire and they have removed the stem valve so it would not hold air.
I did file a corporate complaint about this... it just seems like shoddy business practice. But just wanted to share an experience i had with this location.
i don't have a problem paying for the partial cost of the tire but the guidelines clearly say to 2/32 of the tire tread. this low profile tire has a significantly more tire tread than 2/32

I stopped by here for my lunch break to get a state inspection, and it only took me 30 minutes. Fast service and nice employees Sandra is the best !
