I will not be shopping here anymore, I bought a pressure washer 2 days ago with a 2 year warranty it keeps shutting down on me after 15 minutes of use and over heats. Today is Saturday, This store told me I had to wait till next Monday until an in-house mechanic to even take a look at it and pay $60 diagnostic fee to determine if it can be returned. Will be going to Lowe’s, Home Depot and harbor freight from now on!

Will not be shopping here again, son has had his pressure washer for two days, a powerhouse, it smokes and keeps shutting down. This crappy store has said he has to pay a $60 diagnostic fee to determine if it can be returned. Will stick with home depot, Lowe's and harber freight from now on.

There are no adequate words to express my great experience at Northern Tool equipment. I had couple of old picture frame, and I was trying to save them by removing an outdated welded metal attached to top of frame. I had no idea which tool to order nor did I know how to use the tool in order to remove the welded area. With that said, I decided to drive to Northern Tool equipment, and I happened to meet Alston, and I expressed to him what I was trying to achieve. He graciously and willingly helped me with out hesitation to remove the welded area and he even offered to smooth off the area after removing the metal piece. The owner must be blessed to have an amazing person on his team. Melody was also very helpful when I was trying to buy a Saw, she went above and beyond to find me the ones that were on sale…..

This store is very seldom crowded but it always seem to be well stocked. Today was a very bad experience because it was there first time I need assistance with product selection. The 2 employees at the front of the store were chatting and I did not interrupt but ask for direction when they welcomed me. Since I did not know the location of the product I wanted to purchase, I followed their directions to the shelf The packaging was not clear so I had questions and was hesitant to open the package to verify. After several minutes, I just left the store and the employees were still chatting and thanked me for coming to the location.
I am now at Harbor Frieght for customer service ?
