Fun, empowering and a fantastic workout! All of the instructors and front desk staff are wonderful - special shout out to Jenn (cycle) & Letty (yoga), who are both so amazing at setting the tone for the class and explaining form for those of us who are beginners.

Neon Cycle was the bomb for a spin workout while visiting with work colleagues from out of town. We went with just a small group and I hope to make it back with a bigger team for full team building event! The manager, Sara, was incredible helpful with getting us set up and registered for classes. Will plan to visit again, 10/10

I took the dance-cardio slay class with Destiny. Golly gee was that class fun. It definitely gets your heart rate up and your sweat glands pumping. Destiny was engaged with the class and her energy is captivating and makes you want to push harder.

Neon overall has been a top tier experience for me since I started in April. Tuesdays Twerk After Work with Ashley are unmatched! LIFT with Kendall and Josh always leave me drained, sore and with results. Best community in north Dallas by far!
