Fun, empowering and a fantastic workout! All of the instructors and front desk staff are wonderful - special shout out to Jenn (cycle) & Letty (yoga), who are both so amazing at setting the tone for the class and explaining form for those of us who are beginners.

Neon Cycle was the bomb for a spin workout while visiting with work colleagues from out of town. We went with just a small group and I hope to make it back with a bigger team for full team building event!
