Excellent customer service! My husband bought me a watch (online) that needed to have links removed so that it would fit. The gentleman that helped not only quickly adjusted my watch but did not charge me for it either. He was kind, attentive, and helped me without an agenda. We will definitely use them in the future for any jewelry needs!

I tried calling the store to leave a message several times and the mail box is full. I got my ring resized here about a month ago. We were worried about the diamonds around the band falling out after the resize and they told us it would not be a problem. So we went ahead and got the ring resized and not even two weeks later one of the diamonds fell out. I feel like warranty on the work done should be a give in, especially since we were told in no uncertain terms, the diamonds would not fall out. At this point, I would not recommend using this jeweler to resize your ring because it seems like they don't take certain factors into mind, such as what can happen if you resize a pave band. I'm hoping the store will realize their mistake and fix the missing diamond.
