This place is fantastic, very clean, relaxing and elegant. It's been my nail salon for about a year. Sonny is an awesome nail technician and will go on and beyond to provide a perfect set of nails. They have a huge selection of colors, an extensive service menu and all the workers are attentive and pleasant. I've been taking my children and many of my friends there as well, and they all love it!

I went in to get my nexgen removed and walked out with weak nails, cuts on my skin, and hands covered in glue! I should mention that I had not gotten any dip or gel for months and my nails were healthy and long. However, I got married and had to get the full shebang for my wedding . I went to this salon out of sheer convenience and they put me with a nail person who failed to listen to my MULTIPLE requests that I didn't want drilling on my nails!! what happened? I walked out with a cut on my thumb from her drilling my skin & burning from the acetone in an open cut, a hole in my nail so bad she had to cut the entire nail down to skin, still lumps of glue on my nails, and sticky substance that looked like skin peels all over my hands. they charged me $15 for my nails to be ruined and now they are so weak that they keep bending when I go to do tasks. I did go back to scrub my hands for the 19th time and the manager (maybe) did ask me to sit down and he cleared my skin but I am so regretful I didnot speak up for myself. ...hopefully I won't get married ever again I cannot betray my nails at places like this.

Horrible service. Started my pedicure after calling before arriving to schedule an appointment and they told me they no longer have the pedicure I want. Before I could even put my socks on to leave the nail tech came and took my drink before I left. That’s rude.

I never leave reviews like this but this time, I have to. My nails look awful. The tech didn't fully remove the old tips before putting the new set on, she didn't file the underneath of the nails to smoothe out the glue and natural nail, and the nails themselves are bumpy and lumpy. I won't be back.

They don’t tell you the prices until after they are done. The guy who did my nails kept saying “ I charge more for that “ but never gave me a price. He said “ we wait until I’m done “ I felt like he rushed my nail set because they were busy and more people were walking in the door. Stop rushing your customers out the door!!!

Clean salon and friendly staff! My first time I went in was very last minute and they were still nice enough to do my nails. My tech was so sweet and listened to me when I said I wanted to keep the length of my natural nails with just a bit of shaping; lots of places don’t and file them too short. I was very happy with my nails and got lots of compliments.
The second time I popped in after breaking a nail (my fault, not theirs) and I was quickly taken back and they got me squared away. Absolutely love this place!

Awful. Got there when they opened, took 45 minutes just to take my existing color off. I left. Not to mention all 20 people that were actively getting pedicures, when I was there first waiting on a manicure. Never again!!! Such a waste of time!!

I have been coming to this nail shop for over a year and I've finally had enough of them trying to overcharge me. I paid to have a tip added which is $5 and I told Laura I wanted my nails medium length however she still charged me $5 additional for "extra long nail" . My real nails are longer than this but I got them cut down so paying $5 extra for length when in reality these are short is ridiculous. Also my hands always have residue from my previous set every time I leave. I won't be coming back to spend my money here

My experience at this salon was horrible. They were so disrespectful to us and completely wasted our time. We went a few times, hoping that it was just a fluke, but it was always the same. We made an appointment, but when we arrived they didn't have it saved. We requested ahead of time to have our hands and feet done at the same time and they promised us that was possible, but all they did was make us sit with our hands in acetone for 45 minutes while they finished our pedicures before moving onto our manicures. I truly blame the manager for how the salon is run. He is disrespectful and extremely unwelcoming. He also lies about what to expect from their services. Why is he saying that two people can work at once if they clearly can't? It's unacceptable. If you want to have a decent experience go anywhere else. If you want to waste two hours and feel like an inconvenience and a burden, this is the perfect nail salon for you!

The worst pedicure experience in my life, it was a total waste of money. I was a walk-in customer and selected an organic pedicure. All types of pedicure services (cuticle trimming, callus removal, leg massage and nail polishing) were horrible. Staff chats with each other constantly and loudly. Because of this, it is not a salon where you can relax. It was my first and last time there.
