When I spoke to the Manager about how horrible the girl did my eyebrows she just said she was sorry while smiling. Stated I wanted a discount on the waxing she stated she couldn’t do that. She then tried to blame my eyes. I said “Really “! This is when I asked for the Manager and she stated it was her. I told her you can see how horrible a job the girl did. She just said she was sorry. I paid and left no tip. I did say she had no business being a Manager. I had been there before and had a similar situation but gave them the benefit of the doubt.

I have been going to this nail salon for years. I stopped by this evening to see if I could get a mani-pedi. They said it would be a half hour wait and they could get to me at 6:30. I waited for almost an hour, then just got up and left. If you don't have time to take care of someone, just ask them to come back tomorrow. You missed the main point of my review. I did not get my mani-pedi. I waited until almost closing time. No one had even started my manicure. I was seated in an area by myself. Everyone else was in the back area of the salon. I had been ignored for 30 minutes. I left and nobody even noticed.

I had a card that after ten punched a hole until l reach ten visits which was for a free service that was started before you the management change they said they would honor it. But then wouldn't give me my free service but only took 10.00$ off. I think time for a change very disappointed.

Worst nail salon ever. Got my nails done only 4 days ago it was dipping powder I have never ever experienced dipping powder to break I have done it my whole life and with only $50 they took $63 from me and in less than 10 min the lady was done with my nails its the worst please DON’T spend you money there.
Worst store everrrrrrrr!!!!
Yeah lady took time because while she was doing my nails they were falling off too :)
And the shape wasn’t right she kept fixing it. Beside that it didn’t take 2 hours to get done mam thanks for the clarity but you are wrong

I don’t have anything positive to say about my experience here. I came with a friend who got the exact same services as me and her pedicure lasted 40 MINUTES longer than mine did. Mine was rushed and carelessly done. It’s so upsetting to want to have nails and toes done after a long day of work and be willing to spend $100+ only to be robbed of quality service. I don’t get manicures and pedicures done frequently and it’s just beyond disappointing to feel taken advantage of.

The lady that did my nail suggested the nail art. It was $8. They didn’t clean up cuticle or anything.. not my fav nail experience

Management and people have changed. Have been here many times with no issues. They new staff seemed extremely rushed, barely spent any time on the nails maybe 3 minutes in total. barely clipped, didn’t use cuticle oil which hurt, and while clipping the cuticles left my toe bleeding. Was a disappointment and they did nothing to correct it unfortunately. I think they need a lot more training, if I knew that would be the service I would get I would never go

I’ve been going for more than 4 years and I think they recently changed ownership because they have new staff and I haven’t seen anyone else but Nancy the lady that does the lashes. Anyway, the point is that since they have new staff they are terrible. I gave them 3 chances to do my nails because I was so used to go there and every time they chipped by the next day?but this time was the last straw. I did an appointment with Nancy to do my lashes and when I arrived I saw Nancy busy and they gave me this other girl I explained her what I usually get every time, I like very natural look and I don’t like nothing very long and bold. She gave me exactly the opposite and once she finished I was in shock when I looked myself in the mirror and she said is because this looks better for your face and I was like…..but this is not what I asked for. I’m so mad…. I’ll never came back again. They lost 4 regular client from my family
