My recent experience with AB moving was extremely smooth and professional. I had to make a quick move and they were very accommodating. My initial call to make the reservation was very informative. I had to move the reservation around a couple of times and that was no problem at all. The packing crew arrived on time and was quick and efficient. We opted to provide our own boxes and moving materials. All in all a wonderful experience, and that is not usually the case when moving an entire house is involve.

I moved from a downtown apartment to another apartment in north Dallas. Oscar and his team were fantastic. With my old apartment being located in the heart of downtown, there were a few logistical hurdles to overcome. But the movers were very patient and accommodating. They took great care with my furniture all the while weaving through vehicles to reach the trailer parked across the road. AB is a little pricier than other companies I've used around Dallas, but it was honestly worth it. They were more professional, faster, and pleasant to work with. Big thanks to AB and their staff. -David

This is my second time requesting AB moving and Taz and his crew is the same crew I had and that I personally requested last time. Taz and his team is the best moving team I've ever had. He is so patient and understanding of my needs and all that I was going through during this move. It really makes a difference when people care about you and your personal items and how stressful a move can be. Taz and his team made my life so much easier during this move and he really went over and beyond my expectations! Thank you again guys!!

We were very impressed with AB Moving when we moved from our apartment into our house. They were easy to get in touch with for a quote and communicated very well over email. When it came to moving day, they handled our furniture with care and even wrapped our items. I trusted that our furniture and fragile items would be safely transported. They were incredibly efficient and had us moved in just a few hours. I felt like their pricing was a great value as well. Very impressed with AB Moving!

This was first time using a moving company. I had already wrapped 90% of my items and put all my stuff in boxes ready to go. Danny, Jose, and Robert packed that truck and still had room for a 1 bedroom apt. Super nice and kept the momentum up. Unhooked my washer and dryer, the desk and my blue marble dining room table, not one scratch. They did an awesome job. I did think the price was high, but the service was everything. Will use them again.

When I tell you this is the WORST company to ever do business with. They are HORRIBLE and unprofessional to boot. The 3 ladies that came this last time did an atrocious job at packing and didn't even pack all the things as they were supposed to, they over charged for materials and quality of work. They asked for a review and when I gave them a 1 star rating no one ever called me back. I spent thousands of dollars with them before and I would never use them again. Don't waste your time with this terrible company go elsewhere. The main girl was a **** she had a smart mouth and nasty attitude.

Excellent job from the moving crew from beginning to end. They wrapped every single item for protection. They worked efficiently. I will definitely use the company service again! Company is very responsive and it was easy to book a reservation. They have Very Reasonable flat rate price per hour in comparison to other companies. Crew packed & moved my 2 bedroom apartment in just under 4 hours.

Saw them moving Someone nearby and got their info. The manager although he calls himself an owner came and looked at my stuff at my apartment. Said that under 200 would be good since it was not that much stuff. Came back on Saturday and basically had an attitude. Walked in the apartment completely different from his demeanor previously. The way that he spoke to me was unprofessional and far too familiar for somebody that I was doing business with and had just met. Wouldn't let me say anything talked over me. So I just told him to leave. I wasn't going to get any kind of attitude or a charge or half of my stuff moved and then have him increase the price on me or do crappy work. Most importantly was the way that he was speaking to me in the way that he acted. I was so pissed off I didn't even say anything I just told him to leave. Called around a few other places they were very expensive so I figured I would try the sky one more time maybe he was having a bad day. He just was playing games. Kept going back-and-forth said he would come but then that he wanted cash before he dropped off. So I could smell a scam! Seemed like he wanted to increase the price on me before he Dropped everything into the storage. So at that point I just was not interested in doing with him or his bipolar behavior any longer. I ended up going with King moving company and they were nice enough to honor the pricing I was given from this location and I tipped their movers $100 out of appreciation. Way better experience at King I would never do business or trust this person at this location ever again.

This review has been a year in the making. If anyone if considering using AB Moving, please read below. In June 2021, I began planning a long-distance move from Dallas, TX to eastern Pennsylvania. I had used Wheaton World Wide Moving four years prior (from NJ to Dallas, TX) and had such an incredible moving experience that I reached out to them again. Wheaton advised me that they have a contract with AB Moving for the Dallas area, so I'd be working with AB Moving. I was put in touch with Scott Hampton at AB Moving, who prepared my quote and confirmed the dates that the movers would be arriving at my apartment in Dallas (7/1/21). Due to the truck shortage, I was told that my belongings would be packed by a local crew, brought to a local warehouse where it would then be loaded onto a truck to Pennsylvania. The latest time of arrival of my belongings in PA was confirmed for 7/27/21. As the days and weeks went by, I never heard from either Scott Hampton, a truck driver or AB Moving at all. On 7/14/21, I connected with Scott who told me that my belongings would be loaded on a truck either 7/15/21 or 7/16/21 and that I'd get a call from a driver. No calls from a driver came. On 7/20/21, I called the AB Moving offices and was told that only Scott could provide me with an ETA or update. I never got a call from Scott. I sent a follow-up email to Scott on 7/22/21, who finally called me back. He let me know that my belongings were NEVER loaded onto a truck, he has no ETA to give me and that there was a truck shortage and there was nothing they can do. Scott said he would let me know an update soon, but I never heard from Scott again. After reaching out to Wheaton World Wide Moving directly to communicate these delays, I was told that AB Moving was finally able to secure a driver. On the day that the driver was scheduled to arrive in Pennsylvania (which was 8/11/21, about half a month after AB Moving initially confirmed arrival), the driver went unresponsive. After making a call to confirm the driver's whereabouts, I learned that the driver had a warrant out for his arrest, the truck with my belongings on it was detained in Delaware and the Feds went through all my belongings. The truck with my things was held in Newark, DE and Wheaton was able to work with a local Delaware company to get my belongings off the truck and finally deliver to me on 8/15/21. Upon delivery on 8/15/21, it was clear that AB Moving did not do a proper packing job. My wooden dining room chairs were wrapped in only paper that tore open, scratching my chairs. Many of the taped boxes were opened (this was most likely from the Feds, not AB Moving) but trash was thrown inside many of my boxes. Additionally, the AB Moving team did not do one thing to protect my Peloton. I had taken off the fragile monitor and smaller parts, but the body of the Peloton was left unwrapped with the wheels completely destroyed. The entire body of my Peloton was scratched. I have waited a year to write this as I've tried to rationalize AB Moving's lack of communication and lack of care since last summer. I want to specifically call-out Scott Hampton's lack of communication and blatant disregard for a customer. I will never use AB Moving again - to have your belongings forgotten about for weeks, loaded late onto a truck that was detained by the Feds and then having your belongings delivered damaged was a traumatizing, invasive experience.
