Just started using my new CPAP last night, and I feel so much more rested. I'm excited! Ana did a good job of carefully and slowly going over the instructions, so I was sure to understand them. Very pleased so far.

Waited a month and a half for a CPAP machine to come in for me. Finally got a text message from Melissa saying that they had a machine for me and I should call to set up an appointment. Tried to call and got NO answer, left a message on voice mail saying I was available anytime just let me know when and where. Got a call from Melissa the next morning. She said all the machines in the Plano office (the office local to me and the main reason I chose to try Monitor) had gone and they no longer had a machine available for me. She also stated that their Arlington office still had a few machines left, did I want to drive to Arli ngton to see if I could get one there. I asked if one of the Arlington machines could be shipped to Plano for me. Her answer was an imfatic NO. Not company policy, each office got a set number and everyone for that office was notified. When the machines were gone they were gone. Asked when the next shipment might come for the Plano office I was told she did not know, it might be next year, was I sure I did not want to drive to Arlington. (I wanted a local office for the mask fitting and in case the mask did not work out and I had to try a different one). The attitude conveyed was one of superiority and no concern for working with the customer. She made me so mad I simply hung up on her. I called my doctor and had my prescription moved to another supplier.

I was sent the wrong size mask for my CPAP. Called them many times and call goes to voice mail. I really do not know what to do next.
