This used to be my go-to Walmart. But recently when I go there, I feel that they are treating everybody like they are thieves. Yesterday after I paid at the self-checkout, I was stopped twice by two different store monitor persons to make sure I paid for my items. If you suspect everybody is stealing from you by not scanning items, why not hire cashiers? After watching videos of what happened to people accused by Walmart of theft, I will never use self checkout at Walmart again.

We came by specifically to search for items that was listed explicitly on their site but their store did not have such an aisle. I even asked an employee there and he pointed me to the completely wrong area of the store of this fictitious aisle. Okay whatever. We then browsed some more and purchased some items that were explicitly marked a certain price but when it came to check out, it showed something else. When we brought this up to the self-checkout staffer, she just scanned it with her thingofajig and said, well it says it should be what you checked out even after we told her exactly where we got it and showed her price marked. The staff here could care less about doing what's right but just counting the minutes when they can leave.

Waiting for two hours for the oil change. After that the guy told me he don't have the tool to remove the screw for the oil change with that attitude.

I typically don't leave reviews, but the customer service is by far the worst. Left some things due to forgetting wallet & was told they can save it for 20 mins. Not only did 10mins go by, restocked everything and then had no idea where it was when I went back trying to look for it. At the cash register I asked the check out guy if I had all my things, and my fault for not double checking him. Got home and realized I was missing some items . I hope there's no problem tomorrow after I try to retrieve my items .

Very bad customer service! I came in trying to buy some things and the self checkouts weren't working correctly, I tried another self checkout and it didn't work. When I asked for help the employee simply ignored and dismissed me. I do not recommend coming to this Walmart.

Well, I'm surprised the reviews are this low. I was gonna give it 4 stars (not five because it's like trying to navigate through a maze), but because the consensus is that it's not a really uh you know... I decided to drop it to 3 stars. But yeah

I have ordered groceries from this Walmart several times without a problem. Today BIG PROBLEM!!! I had a scheduled time to pick up between 9:00 and 10:00 AM. I'm sitting in the parking lot pickup area waiting and I get a text that my order has been delayed up to 2 hours. Thanks for the advanced notice, after I have driven all the way up there. If you cancel the order it will take up to 10 days to be refunded. So you try to call the store only to be put on hold or the phone just rings. when you do get someone to answer, you ask for an Asst. Manager, the phone JUST RINGS! WTF!!!! HEB Grocery is looking better and better all the time.

This Walmart has gone from bad to worse! Dirty, unorganized, non caring workers! The parking lot is typically a bit sketchy seems to be a lot of people lurking around. Once you get inside most workers do not smile or say hello but act as if you're in their way.

Everyone should be aware that Walmart allows 3rd party vendors to sell on their websites, and returning those items is a giant pain! I ordered several shelves in one order. They arrived at all different times. I setup one shelf and it was pure junk. I requested a return thru the app, but they would only pickup a couple of the shelves, others had to be returned at the store. Since the labeling was different on each shelf I could not tell which ones were which. So I brought them all to the store for them to sort out. It took three very confused workers to tell me I'd have to contact the 3rd party sellers...aka not Walmart. Each shelf came from a different 3rd party vendor. Upset I call the customer service number while still waiting at Walmart. 30 minutes on hold for her to tell me I have to take them back home and mail them to each 3rd party vendor and that it's my responsibility to contact them. Oh and the 3rd party vendors are in China, so basically they're drop shipping and refusing to take accountability for it.

Seemingly self checkout is only meant for white customers. Do not go to self checkout if you're black. I know it is not fair but it's faster than having your whole cart check by several employees after your purchase.

It was late and I needed to pick-up a few groceries inside. I went to Customer Service area to see if I could pick-up my curb side order inside since I still needed to shop. At the Lucas Walmart this is not a problem. At this Walmart this seemed to be a problem. The service desk didn't know if it was possible. They called an associate to see, after waiting 15 minutes and no one showed. I asked if one of the 3 people at the service desk could pull my order and they said, I'd need to leave the store and go to curb side. After shopping inside and checking out. I went around to the curbside area and they said an associate eventually showed up at Customer service to give me my order but I was no longer there waiting. There seems to be a need for communication and training between curb side and customer service area.

WTH? Where's your bathroom? Came in the store, planning to shop, wanted to make a quick trip when I came in. Had to do a 10 minute excursion to the back of the store. Peed my pants. Left without shopping. I will only shop at Walmart's who are nice to their customers from now on. Definitely not your store.

If I could give less than one star-I most definitely would. Based on the multiple other negative reviews-Walmart simply DOESN'T CARE about the customer experience-but I feel it necessary to write this review anyway, in hopes someone who reads it may avoid the same unfavorable shopping experience... We went to purchase groceries at this location and upon checkout, the only checkout lanes open were self checkout registers. After ringing up our cart the register would not accept payment-from multiple payment cards. The associate cleared the register but the same problem happened again, so we were informed to use a different register. We rescanned all items a third time, and still the register would not take payment. The associate informed us that this was an ongoing issue-that was affecting many registers on their POS system for quite some time, and that it was worsening in its severity-but their software team was working on it. We asked if a live cashier could assist with checkout, but we were informed that none were available. As a result, we left without anything that we came to purchase... It was the absolute WORST shopping experience in recent memory-and we will NEVER patronize the company again, since there are too many other options available that provide a more positive consumer experience... Typically such poor service levels like this one-stem from weak and unqualified management leadership at its top levels...

If you are looking for the worst, grocery shopping trip with terrible customer service, and an overall awful experience I definitely recommend this place. I would also recommend taking a Xanax before walking into the store.
