I recently visited the AT&T store and was fortunate to be assisted by Tanner. Our rep was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us. Not only did he answer all of our questions, but he went above and beyond in explaining additional products and services that we had absolutely no idea existed. We usually avoid going to any AT&T store for the sake of time, but we had to merge accounts and upgrade phones, so we needed someone's help. We couldn’t have been happier than meeting Tanner and having him assist us. It is nice to see AT&T's customer service change for the better. Highly recommend this store and Tanner's exceptional service!”

1701 Dallas Pkwy, Plano“I was with T-Mobile for 10 years but switched to AT&T after moving. Unfortunately, AT&T's plans and service were subpar. Our 6-family plan expired after two years without notice, and they increased our rate. When I called, they said it was our responsibility to know. New customers received $350 credits, but I didn't, despite being a customer twice. AT&T doesn't keep its promises and always finds fault with the customer. After returning to Texas, I tried Visible, but their chat support was ineffective. I spent two hours resolving nothing. However, Kenny, a manager at Costco's Dallas Parkway location, provided exceptional service, ensured transparency, and secured my gift card without needing follow-up calls, unlike AT&T. T-Mobile remains the best option, especially for international travel.”

“William is the gentleman the helped me today and I have to say that it's people like him with excellent customer service is why I continue to be a T-Mobile customer. He helped me navigate the multiple deals/promotions/offers on new phones and new data plans and directed me to what made the most sense for my situation. While he did try to upsell me on additional accessories, I never felt pressured after declining the add-ons. Overall a very pleasant experience. I will tell my friends to go to this location and to ask for William. He took great care of me.”

“I personally have never had any negative experiences at the store. Marcus was the sales associate who assisted me and the last time I came in reported two phones from AT&T to MetroPCS and there was minimal difficulty in doing so. I understand that other people who have posted reviews have had issues with customer service which is understandable since their customer service is outsourced. If you have an issue with your phone or your bill, I would definitely recommend coming to this store to discuss your issues as this is a corporate store.”

More specifically, the staff are just top-notch. The head of the apparel department, Maria (think that's her name), Was so kind and helpful and genuinely seemed to enjoy doing the work that she does. Not to knock Walmart in general, but you typically do not see that level of enthusiasm or intentionality from the employees. In fact, I'm hard-pressed to think of a place that rivals the customer service of this location. Most impressive.”
